The Red Brick Cafe

The soup was really delicious and crepes were out of this world. The vibe was really joyful and gave old money vibes.

It's a nice cafe run by an Asian family, and they were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a small mocha, but it was actually a medium-sized one, and it tasted really good. I also had a vegetarian cheddar sandwich, which was basic but worth the price. My friends tried the mango smoothie, and they loved it because it wasn't too sweet, just perfect. I saw many older locals hanging out. The cafe also offers free Wi-Fi, which is a nice bonus.

Stopped in last week hoping to get breakfast but we were too late. So we opted to order 2 of the lunch specials which was turkey (real turkey meat) sandwich with cheese on a croissant and added cranberry at the servers suggestion. The sandwich was delicious, like tanksgiving in a buttery, flaky pastry. The place is clean and service fast. Lost of local baked treats as well to enjoy

Kind female staff who has beautiful smile greeted me. And she gave me a friendly answer about their soups. I choice the coconut curry chicken rice soup and I have to come back again here for clam chowder soup! Lovely soup and good coffee and nice ambience. Love here!

A lovely spot to sit down and enjoy a coffee. The coffee was good. Made better by the ORANGE CREAMSICLE loaf! Wowza! I've never had a slice of orange creamsicle loaf before and i hope to sweet heavens it's not my last! Simply delish. Yes, i should be embarrassed by the haste at which i consumed it. Alas, I'm not. Spoil yourself today and add the Red Brick Cafe to your to-do list. Definitely recommend.

My experience here on Sunday was amazing. I went in for a coffee with my friend and our cashier - a blue eyed student with glasses - was so incredibly friendly. She made sure to remember my complicated order and she made it perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted! Will for sure be coming back!

Walking in the owners (I assume) were very kind and quick to make my delicious chai latte, the all in crepe was super delicious, the crepe shell had perfect texture the filling was not sloppy but consistent delicious hot but not mouth burning perfectly salted I liked that it was simple and an acceptable price.
The atmosphere is cozy an clean and I LOVE the Christmas decorations!

Great cappuccino, in a real mug (not paper) pleasant quiet ambiance and music very nice and fast service. I have been coming in Sidney for many years, one of the best cappuccino I have had!

Lovely place, great food and super staff. We had 10 of us and they took care of us without a problem. Stop in you will not be disappointed.

Decent coffee and wonderful owner ladies. Saw them give a senior lady a vision discount for her meal as it was a special size not on the menu and the coffee is cheap!!

The place has an awesome feel though and it's so good to see an affordable place on Vancouver island for a change.

$13 for the lunch combo is a good deal! The sandwiches were really good and the turkey soup too! I'll be back here for sure. Classic Sidney spot

The Redbrick Salad is really good. They have a house made Salad with Mandarin Oranges and feta cheese on it. The large salad is generously topped with lettuce and corn. I would recommend it at a price point of 12 or so dollars.

Cute place with decent options for food in a coffee shop. A few gluten - free options, including pastries, flax rolls, and soup. Good coffee for not very expensive. Good tea selection. Neat ambience to sit and chill. Wait staff very nice.

We had lunch here when visiting Sydney on a long weekend. Great choice, everything was scratch made in house, very tasty, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Nice spot to walk from down to the ocean and explore the quaint little town. Check them out!

I love this place! Served a turkey sandwich to me freshly roasted (like the bird itself) delicious! Very friendly overall I had a very enjoyable experience, going back for sure!

Amazing gem. Great food, genuine people. This is a must visit if you are in town. Can't say enough good things about this place. I had the red brick salad, and it was excellent.

A true home-style kichen delivers consistent comfort food. Fresh baked corn bread with the chili is a nice touch!
