We love it here near the grand peace and quiet. Great people that run the place.

Amazing every time ! Staff is amazing and accommodating. There are laundrymachines on site , basketball courts, park a pool, beach front area on the grand river , nice area to fish... spacious clean camping and RV spots.Wood and ice avail on site . Everyone who comes to this facility is kind and respectful. 10 / 10 I would definitely recommend this campground

What a fantastic campground! Couldn't ask for better service from the family who operates it. They've done such a wonderful job making this a go-to summer destination for me and my family. We especially love the kid-friendly amenities and relaxing by the Grand River. Can't wait to come again this summer!

Great campground! Really nice spots direct at the river. They offer free wifi. Friendly staff. Quite and relaxing place. Play grounds for the kids. Soccer flied and pool. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful weekend spent with family and friends. Perfect weather…Beautiful scenery…Great people felt like I was in the islands (Jamaica to be exact). Children had an amazing time and enjoyed the pool, the roasting of marshmallows, the hiking trails and the camp out in the tents. Definitely would do it again and highly recommend coming here. My wife and I took a drive to check out your park. We had a nice chat with the ladies in the office and, added our name to the waiting list. We were then allowed a nice walk through some of the park. Talked with some seasonal's and, met a lot of nice people. We were very impressed at how comfortable we felt after just a quick visit !

Family friendly park. Lots of events and things to do. Very inclusive and welcoming. A great place to visit, whether you're RVing or tent camping.

I’ve been staying at grand oaks for just over 20 years now . Off and on seasonal sights and many , many years in the weekends . Quite a bit if family are seasonal guests as well . I have been there for it all and can personally say George and Laurie have completely pulled a 180 on the park. It’s beautiful , friendly , very clean, welcoming and just a blast . The part was a 2 outta 10 right up until they came and took over . Now it’s at 9.5 outta 10 ( nothings perfect 😂)Every year it’s more welcoming and more fun ..

Stayed at Grand Oakes twice this year, everything was outstanding, Staff was polite, professional and friendly. The park is very clean and is very family oriented. We spent the Labour Day weekend this year, a lot of kids games, fireworks at night and on Sunday a great band. I would recommend this for everyone to stay once and you will return. The wifi at this park is the best we have had in 2 years of camping.

Pretty good people, not too “clique-y” and the groundskeeper is very kind and quick to address your needs.
Its nice for a trailer park, and the sites are massive compared to other places I have been in Ontario. Will come back for sure!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years, I am here all of the time. I’m not sure what these people are talking about saying the park is not suitable for children, they have 2 parks for children, always clean. The pool is open every single day UNLESS they are doing some type of maintenance to it. The bathrooms are always clean and they have a different amount of toilets and showers in each bathroom, some have more some have less. Grand Oaks RV is NOT AS LARGE AS SOME OF THE OTHER SUN RV RESORTS, which is by they don’t have as many showers & toilets as some of the larger parks. Obviously this is not a problem because the Sun RV owners have zero issues with this park. The park manager is not driving drunk on the equipment while he is on duty. This year the park was under a huge amount of construction and a lot of the areas were still getting worked on AFTER they opened. There is ALWAYS ice and ALWAYS fire wood. Clearly some people who are writing bad reviews must have done something to get in trouble by George because there is no way he was rude or unpleasant in any way. Again it is a great place to stay at any age, children are MORE than welcomed here, there is lots to do and they put on a lot of activities for the kids every year, they also make sure it is a safe environment for everyone. Would definitely recommend!!!

We stumbled on this campground and couldn’t have been happier. We live in Niagara Falls and this 45 minute drive to Cayuga was so nice.
About the camp, I loved to having the wood delivered saves dragging it to the site. The sites are clean and moderately spaced out. The seasonal is in a separate area which is nice. We have gone back several times to site J10-12. We loved it, right by the water. It does get a bit windy but definitely worth it. The only thing to improve would be full service sites. I would recommend this campground and look forward to returning next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this RV Resort. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The sites were very clean as was the resort. It was busy on July long weekend and the resort had all types of activities planned. I highly recommend this place.

Started with a few weekends at this park. Spent our first year seasonally camping. George and Laurie have turned this park into a campers paradise. Love all the improvements they have made. This park is nice and clean with lots of stuff to keep the kids busy. Looking forward to another great season.

Went for a tour with George (manager). What an amazing guy that clearly cares about this park. People around the park seemed very friendly and George was just a hoot talking to everyone as we toured in the golf cart. All sites looked well looked after but some just went the extra mile and looked ready for Home & Garden magazine. He seems to really take pride in the park and it shows how well it is taken care of, Tables and chairs at pool look great and bathrooms/changerooms were spotless. We had no appointment, just showed up and George fit us in and toured the entire park. We went on the wait list and then toured some other parks that day, but after seeing this park and the people in it, i would rather wait 2 years to get in here than settle for another park.

We have been coming here for many years and it has always been a great experience. Campground is always very clean and well maintained. The amount of work and improvements done by the managers George and Lori is evident each year we come back. Management and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this park.

Best Campground Ever,We Went To Stay For 2 Nights and Ending Up Staying 5 Days and 4 Nights,The Staff and People There Were So Friendly and We're Gonna Go Back Next Month For 10 Days,Looking Forward To Going Back!!!

Managers -George and Lori have been fantastic! We have just bought a park model trailer and are seasonal residents. We could not have picked a better place with wonderful staff and neighbours. Lori and George have been wonderful,kind hosts. Thank you!!
