Efficient and friendly staff servicing northern Maine. It's a small airport, but pleasant to fly in to and out from. They only offer flights to Newark, NJ

It was a neat experience. A vey small airport with only a handful of flights a day in & outbound I believe. Flew in and out from/to Boston Logan on puddle jumper. There were less than ten people on each flight, one or two pilots and a flight attendant included. Small airport staff. Plane refueling, baggage handling, and plane taxiing/flagging personnel were handled by the same crew of two as I remember. Ticketing/checking in/security line were handled by a team of two I believe and a security guard. They were friendly and very efficient. One person manned the car rental department. Other than those, I saw no one else. Everything about this airport is small. I wandered inside this airport from one end to the other before my flight seemingly with no one around. The airport showcases its full history with artifacts of the once stood US Air Force airbase. I really enjoyed my time at this airport. It was so peaceful and refreshing.

One of my favorite airports to fly in and out of. It's uncommon to find such easy parking and friendly service in airports these days. I typically fly United Airlines, so I'm so happy to have United serve this airport with FIRST CLASS SEATS! That's so amazing-- especially for such a small community and airport. Truly, the Presque Isle town council did it right by recommending United Airlines to the U.S. Department of Transportation's Essential Air Service. Well done!

I travel frequently, and have traveled to over 30 countries. I love this airport--it's so easy, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and while the flights do get close to being full, they are almost never fully packed so it doesn't feel so "stuffy". People who left negative reviews on here just don't know how good they have it. It's normal for small aircraft to get cancelled due to weather. This happens all over the world all of the time. Presque Isle Airport is by far one of my favorite airports. I literally go out of my way to fly out there, even with a longer drive than going to Bangor. Thank you wonderful staff at the airport for such a great job!!

Our smallest airport service yet, so cute and friendly service! If you are interested in a small town feel, this is it, be sure to drive up to Sinclair and enjoy the scenery!

I travel to PI from time to time for business, and the folks at the FBO are always very helpful! Two rental car agencies service the airport amd they're always willing to drop a car for me no matter what time I arrive, it's always there ready to go. With two long runways, both very well maintained, you always have good options. I always enjoy flying into PI!

One Gate - 1 flight at a time. So easy - airport staff so friendly. My flight to Newark was on time. There are usually issues at Newark so if there is a screw up, its likely to be at that end but will have a ripple effect.

We've been to SFO, EWR, AUS, LAS AND PQI in the last 2 weeks with United Airlines and PQI was by far the best experience. Easy, convenient and friendly. Loved it.

I am a Paraplegic and I was traveling with my daughter back home to Florida. I just wanted to say that Nickeli McBride he was wonderful he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as well as everyone else there. The TSA workers were awesome as well. Thank you so much.

Clean and pleasant. Small but totally efficient and by the book. I am a (very) senior woman, traveling alone... in a snowstorm. Every single person was helpful and stepped forward to direct and point the way. Thank you!

I loved Penair I was sad to see it go! But we did have a delay with the airplane! But aboard a half hour later. & Coming back there was No Problem NP...
