I went in to the walk-in for the first time yesterday at Oakbank Medical. The staff were amazing! They were so kind and truly caring. I was so thankful yesterday when I needed to use the walk in.

Great Doctor friendly and professional
Staff is good especially Rhonda
Can be a bit difficult to actually speak with a person but it's not hard to arrange an appointment through the website.
Only issue I have is that the phone is rarely answered by a person but if you leave a message somebody invariably will call you back

Absolutely horrible doctor. The staff NEVER answers the phone, we have to email in to get any kind of response at all. When requesting refills they often not only send the WRONG pills but the wrong doses. If you want an appointment you better get in line because they can take up to 2 months to get an appointment, and that's if they even call you back.
This doctor has too many patients to be able to safely and properly treat them all.
If you need a doctor I'd suggest looking anywhere else.
