Always have had a good experience with SS Plumbing and this time they replaced an old garburator for a new one. Their workers are on time which I really appreciate and do a great job. Very reliable and will call again for plumbing needs.

I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with SS Plumbing. We had them install a central air unit, new furnace and water tank, and the whole process was simple and stress free. When they were at the house, they used drop cloths, even though I told them they didn't have to, and they vacuumed and swept floors after packing up their drop cloths, too. :O

The installation took a day and a half, because we're in an old house with ancient equipment that had to be removed, but the whole process was a positive experience. I'd definitely go for Henry and his crew for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

I’ve had SS install my last two furnaces. First one was a complete removal of the old and in with the new. They all did
such a clean install in the limited space of that old house. My current house they did a similarly clean and tight install. I Couldn’t be happier with their work. They even had a custom “pair of pants” plenum duct made up to get more efficient airflow from the furnace. Thanks again you guys!

Really good experience with ss. Had a new furnace installed today by Justin and Jeff. Truly professional, couldn’t even tell they were here. Really impressed with our new furnace. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a new furnace.

Excellent service! Our furnace had an issue; all other companies (contacted 4 others) couldn't come for 3 days - 14 days; S&S came just a couple hours after calling. Very friendly technician, thorough and quick. Only a $5 part plus $95 labor! Other company (Reliance?) was going to charge $119 just to come.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have used them a few times, and every time they ACUTALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!!!, respond quickly, the job is done right the first time. Technicians are always friendly and polite. I will not use another plumbing company. I highly recommend.

Had my furnace and water heater replaced on Jan 5,2021. Had 3 companies in for quotes. I chose SS Plbg & Htg for a few reasons. I found Brendan professional , honest, and thorough with his inspection. He answered my all questions very clearly so I understood exactly on what my choices were. He provided me very detailed quotes on options , what the installation fully included, including prices. Not only were they competitive but I fully appreciated his quick response, honesty and his thorough knowledge. The crew who came in for the installation laid tarp to keep the house clean, were friendly and answered any questions I had. At the end on the installation I was shown exactly what was done, when filters were to be changed, etc.
I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone who requires their services. I rarely give a 5 star rating, but this Company definitely earned it! Thank you Brendan and to your installers!

I was very pleased. Staff are all pleasant and helpful, they were able to schedule my job right away and arrived ON TIME exactly. The job was well done and cleaned up afterward. Finally the price was even far less than other plumbing company. I couldn't have asked for better service and will be using this company for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

I have been without Ac for over a week because I was trying to save money going through friends. When I began getting the run around I called this company. They arrived that same day and instead of having to replace my entire furnace Brendan let me know that all I needed was an inexpensive part and a good cleaning of my unit. I was so grateful and impressed with the knowledge and speed of this company. As a recently divorced woman there was a lot of things I didn’t know about this stuff and was very concerned about being taken advantage of. I will never go through another company again. They really put me at ease.

SS Plumbing was more than we could have asked for. They managed and performed the plumbing and gas work for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Replaced some cast iron piping in the basement, repaired the roof stack, installed a water heater, and installed a ceiling fan in the bathroom. The people who performed the work were friendly, professional, on time and courteous. I would 100% recommend them.

Excellent service, the person they sent was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had the sewer cleaned out no problems since and much lower price than the last company we hired.

Had these guys come out 3 times in the span of a month. Each time arriving fast and on time and fixing the problem with my furnace each time. Well worth the call if you have furance troubles!
