Always had good experiences, been going there many years. Current doctor is Dr Kepkay, excellent.

Great clinic with friendly staff. Good parking and waiting room. Not a walk in clinic though.

I had Dr.Smith for an IUD replacement today. Being a Gyne nurse and having had a not so pleasant experience years ago, I was hesitant leading up to my appointment. She was amazing, and I can only speak highly of her. Weeks before my appointment we discussed the concerns I had, and then during the appointment, we discussed those concerns again. She offered so much guidance and tools one can use to help with the procedure and talked me through it the whole time. As someone with high anxiety, Dr. Smith was incredible throughout the whole thing.

I've never encountered such a group of incompetent people all in one location.
This review is from multiple years of frustration dealing with this 1950's medical centre.
From completely shutting down at lunch for an hour and unable to receive a phone call (The rest of us that actually work would like to call at this time, with all those academics, you would think staggering a lunch break wouldn't be to difficult.), to waiting 6+ weeks for simple referrals.
Family doctor appts for kids ear infection etc - 6 weeks.
referrals for x ray - 6 weeks for a 10second call.
Call appointments are consistently pushed back when the phone call would take less then a minute.
Doctors have no idea why they are calling you. Follow up appointments and they have no idea what your there for etc.
It's a clown show.
