Nick was beyond helpful! Hooked me up with a great discount on a road bike, great deal, and he was very knowledgeable about the product. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for bike gear or info!!!

I was shopping for my first “non-big box store” bike, and I shot out emails to several bike shops in the area, including Northstar Bikes. Nick at Northstar promptly responded (whereas the other shops never bothered to reply). I stopped out to Northstar and did some test riding. It was a great experience. After I determined that the bikes on the floor were above my budget, Nick worked with me to find me a great bike within my budget. It was a great experience at Northstar from beginning to end. Awesome customer service! Will be recommending to friends and family.

Great Bike shop, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I brought in my 10+ year old mountain bike that has not been rode for a very long time. Nick walked me through what needed to be done to bring it back to life and gave me a quote with in 10 minutes. They turn around time was about 2 weeks this being their busy season. Well worth the wait. Took it out for the first time and everything was perfect. Cannot recommend this shop more!

Brought in my old Roadmaster Mt Sport SX my parents got me from Walmart to fix its chain and gear problems. I hadn't used it in a long while and was restoring it to use again but it's history of not shifting right was worse then ever after the front part of the chain came off and fell on the frame on its side after doing the usual fiddling with the shifters while riding to stop the grinding noise. It needed a standard tune up, new brakes, and a derailleur fixed as it took a hit at some point (not sure when but probably during a move). They fixed it well! I rode it to work today with no issues and it even shifted without grinding! They even cleaned it which I wasn't expecting (cobwebs and dirt here and there from lack of use)! The worker who was there when I picked it up also informed me that there was debate on weather or not to replace the derailleur instead of fixing it so it might need replacing in the future but not necessarily. The price I paid was basically the exact amount that was estimated. Overall a great experience!

Hayden (owner) is one of the most kind people I’ve ever met. The shop has super nice employees. Good pricing and great products. Very trustworthy, a place where you can drop your bike off and not worry about anything happening to it. got drive train, cranks, tires, and new cockpit on my marlin 5. everything is great. quick too.

These guys keep my kids cheap bikes rolling! I’m not in the market for a bike of my own, and my kids don’t need a “good” bike to peddle the neighborhood with their friends. But when their cheap Walmart Special bikes fail, these are the guys I’ll bring them to for service. They’ve never been anything but helpful, and I’ve never felt taken advantage of. In fact sometimes I feel like they treated me a little TOO good.

We needed a bike that could accommodate a specific dog seat that would not fit on our current bikes. They were able to quickly find the perfect bike that would fit both me and the dog seat. The sales team is very helpful. We went for a bike ride the same evening and our dog was happy to be included. We are so happy we found Northstar Bikes.

Brought my sons bike in for a tune up. Nick was great. Very knowledgeable, he did an amazing job on the bike, and for a very reasonable price. Now I have peace of mind that my sons bike is as good a new.

I am impressed with Hayden, the mechanic, abilities. I had a complicated bottom bracket that he figured out and fixed in short order. I recently bought a fat bike from them and absolutely love it. They delivered it perfectly tuned. I highly recommend them.

Great service, friendly passionate owners. Good prices too. Came in to replace a cable and they gave me the clamp thing I didn't even know I needed for free. Will be ordering all my bike tools and parts through these guys. Happy customer.

Moved to Buffalo last fall and needed to get some work done on my bike. Found this shop and couldn’t be happier. Everyone at the shop is both very knowledgeable and very friendly. Being new to the area they told me about group rides they have which I was thrilled to hear about. I’ll be going to this shop for all things bike related from now on.

Had my ebike tuned up and my sensor replaced by them.It's only 3 months old.Thought they may have an attitude because I bought the bike online from RAD to save $$ cutting out the middleman.Not in the least. They did the repair in a day and the cost was very reasonable. Found out they bought the business they worked for. Great guys to talk to and very friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommend this business if your looking to buy or need your bike fixed.

I highly recommend Northstar bikes for any bike repairs. Have brought many bikes for repairs over the years and it is always done efficiently and only the work that needs to correct issue.

We wanted to get a bike for our 5 year old granddaughter and after looking at serveral places, we stopped at Northstar. We received personalized service, the bike was already assembled so our granddaughter could try it out in the store. She loved it and it is a perfect fit for her size! I had bought a bike for myself years ago and knew I could always rely on the quality and service at Northstar. I highly recommend Northstar!
