Lost 25 kilos. Long story to explain how I got them. But Christian Maurice really helped me. Intense. Progressive. Just need patience and faith in yourself. Will not post photos of my body now. Soon they will be taken for a professional photoshoot and maybe will make it public on Facebook. Good luck to everybody. If I did, you can definitely too.

This gym is just like family to me and especially to my 16 years old son. They have great motivating and motivated coaches and great community. They accept you for who you are and the programs allow you to extend your limits at all times.

C’est plus qu’une box, c’est une famille!
Ils ont une grande variété d’équipements et les coachs sont au top ! Je recommande fortement!

Le Métro est mon endroit préféré pour un passage rapide lorsqu'il me manque quelques choses en semaine pour mes repas ou les lunchs. Le Rubino offre propose de bonnes offres plusieurs fois par année et au Jean Coutu on trouve de tout... Même des collègues exceptionnels 😍

Stationnement plusieurs boutiques Jean. Coutu vu allé propre avec resto et super c. Tous vu que nous avons besoin au même endroit

Je suis toujours heureux d'aller au Métro de le place P-A-T car ils ont toujours un bon inventaire de produits et le personnel est toujours accueillant

Y'a un peu de tout. Métro, Subway, un Tim Hortons, Dic Ann's, Dollarama, clinique podiatrique, Jean Coutu, Boutique Animalière, tabagie, etc. Le parking est facile d'accès avec des endroits réservé pour les handicapés et des passage pour piéton.
