ayant déjà travaillé pour Plad pendant plusieurs années, je me permets de dire qu'il s'agit d'une très bonne compagnie, pro, sérieuse, le directeur ainsi que le personnel est compétant, dévoué dans son travail, très respectueux envers le client et son personnel travaillant.

Personnes attentionnés et ã l'écoute des besoins.

I would say this company has the worst customer service. I called their technical support to get electrical drawings and IOM manual for one of their products and they told me that I have to get these documents from the installer of this product. Also they will charge me for providing this documentation. Very poor technical support.

Sent in my order for replacement seal kit.
had the worst customer service imaginable after i politely asked for my quote to be in English, they also sent me a split gasket.

i got cut off on the phone 3 times just for asking for info...the tec never picked up the call..we do business with other companies but the are very unprofessional.. just take my message but don't hang up..
