Great classes and instructors, with many different styles taught. the instructors emphasize the use of props (blocks, straps, etc.) to ease students progressively into more and more advanced postures. You're encouraged to follow the pace most comfortable to you. Highly recommended place. Oh yeah, free tea as well... :p

I completed my 200-hour YTT program here last summer, with Hart Lazer and Donna Read from United Yoga Montreal, as well as Marie-Josée Rioux. During this time, I took classes with Marie-Josée, Joanne and Alexandra. After moving to Laval, I was so happy to find a studio closer to home that focused heavily on safe practice and proper alignment. I was even happier when I was offered an opportunity to become a member of the teaching team! It is truly a privilege to work in an environment that places such high regard for the well-being and comfort of students, catering to all body types and levels of practice.

I've wanted to try Yoga for the longest but always felt intimidated by it. So I mad the jump and went to Centre Yoga Santé, considering it was right next door to my house and they had a free try out. I tried Hot Yoga and boy was I was not disappointed. Not only is the place welcoming, clean and rather large to accommodate enough people. The teacher Sabrina, was very clear (french) instruction, patient and calming despite the first time i made the positions. I've gone to Isabelle Level 1 hot Yoga, which was also very challenging but i left there feeling refreshing, full of energy and satisfied. I am currently still going and plan on as i am satisfied every time i go. I've tried the Hot Yin Yan as well which i enjoyed as well. Go try it out, you wont be disappointed. My only downside is i often book my session via MindBody app and at when i reach there, i still have to wait in the line up just for them to confirm my presence. They should implement a scanning system from smart phone similar to the members who have a card. But this isn't bad enough for me to remove a star. Keep up the great work!

Super clean studio with great instruction! Friendly, knowledgable, welcoming staff and lots of différent classes and workshops to choose from! Not to mention the boutique showcasing all sorts of gorgeous yogi jewellry, mats, towels and a selection of lululemon active wear. Feels like home! 💖💖💖

Beautiful, clean studio. Excellent, competent teachers and staff. Great variety of courses offered for all levels and a flexible schedule. Staff is great and has a beautiful community. love this place and i highly recommend it to all!

From the first time I walked in I have always felt warmly welcomed. The instructors, the staff, and the variety of classes keep me coming back. The more I do, the better I feel. This is the place.

Wanna try something different ? Flying Yoga or Yoga Hamac or Yoga volant. Nathalie is a great teacher (IN FRENCH) her instructions are clear and makes it easy for you to do your class even if you've never been suspended for your YOGA. LOVE IT.

Get into the routine of taking some time for yourself, relieve stress, build stregth and meet some great people. This Centre offers it all, top if off with a great team from the moment you walk through the door till the moment you leave.

Le Centre Yoga Santé n'est pas seulement un centre de yoga. C'est un havre de paix, une communauté où l'on se sent chez soi. Du yin yoga au power yoga, en passant par le pilates, l'offre est si grande et variée que l'on y trouve son compte, peu importe les défis que nous lance notre semaine. Le Centre Yoga Santé à Laval est définitivement un des centres les plus professionnel que je connaisse. La propriétaire se perfectionne année après année et ça se ressent à travers toutes les offres qui y sont déployées. Que ce soit pour des cours ou pour des ateliers, je conseille ce centre à toute ma communauté avec enthousiasme et fierté. Longue vie à toute l'équipe!

Déménagée au centre ville de Montréal depuis 4 ans, je n’ai pas réussi a trouver un centre comme celui de Centre Yoga Santé à Laval. La propreté des lieux et les installations ainsi que le décor font de cet endroit un espace de Paix et de bien être. Le vaste choix de cours offerts nous permet d’avoir accès à différentes classes, et ce sept jours par semaine du matin au soir. Des enseignants de qualités et une belle communauté. Un centre exceptionnel.

Le Centre Yoga Santé est plus qu'un simple endroit où nous pratiquons le yoga. C'est une communauté et un havre de paix. Les professeurs sont à l'écoute et ont à coeur le bien être de chaque membre, dont ils apprennent le nom très rapidement. On pourrait presque dire que les cours sont personnalisés avec toutes les variantes qui nous sont offertes lors de chaque classe. Malgré la distance de mon chez moi, je ne me passerais du Center Yoga Santé pour mon bien être physique et mental. Merci à toute l'équipe CYS!

Depuis 11 ans que je fréquente le Centre Yoga Santé j'ai toujours été bien reçue et très bien suivie dans les cours. Maintenant que j'y enseigne je transmets les valeurs du Centre à la communauté : respect, bienveillance, partage, générosité et unité. Longue vie à CYS.
