Had an awesome experience to have some doc signed under their witness. Aya is amazing and very helpful thinking from customer side.

Aya is prompt in her reply, and has a pleasant personality. As the Consulate assistant she is super efficient and runs a tight ship. Mr Salman was warm and friendly, and engaged me in a conversation, apart from consular matters.

Aya is so friendly, helpful and responsive. She was helping the people just like your friend. It amazed me a lot when seeing her emails coming in at almost 8pm or super early in the morning. She was so patient and explained lots of details when I was asking silly questions. Sincerely appreciate her kind help and support during the whole process.

To say that I am super impressed would be an understatement. Right from the first email till the day of my appointment, the response rate was fantastic. Aya is beyond amazing at what she does and deserves recognition for the same. She had made sure that she had all of my documents even before I got there and the application process for the visitor visa literally took 2 minutes. I never knew government offices could be THIS efficient. Way to go Singapore! This makes me even more excited for my upcoming trip to SG! Thank you Aya

I had a great experience at this consulate general of Singapore. The woman who helped me with my document was incredibly kind and helpful! And the amazing chief welcomed me warmly and had a pleasure time to talk with him. For anyone wanting to go here, try not to only read the negative reviews. Spending there was more than my errands ☺✨

Responsive to my emails and available for my appointment on-time! Looks like things have improved with someone in the office more regularly. Customer service had improved a lot in my opinion since the last time I applied for a visa.

Came here to take my oath after turning 21 and submit a request for passport renewal. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient and professional. I received prompt email responses with clear explanations when I wrote to them with multiple questions, so I found the consulate assistant very patient and helpful.

Need to collect my daughter's passport so call and it went to voicemail. A sweet lady returned my call 15-30 mins later and I fixed an appointment within the same week. To me appointment is good, structural and professional... the same good old days when people needs to have appointment even to open a Bank account.

Absolutely impressed with the way they work! Efficient and responsive! If you had worked with other consulates before, you know Singapore Consulate General in Vancouver is above the rest. Bravo and keep up the good name!

Quick and prescise responses. The lady who manages the office was helpful and gave very clear instructions. Appointment was taken duly, I was in and out in 5 minutes for a visitor visa.

I have sent a request for an appointment since Friday, sent another follow up email on Monday, and I have just sent another today (Tuesday). And even left a voicemail on the answering machine to further follow up my booking appointment. I am frustrated because I have already requested an off day and still I have not even book my plane tickets. I am on a tight budget as a new comer in Canada. Based on the reviews that I have read, it appears that I am facing the same situation. Terrible and disappointing!

The embassy should manage its staff better. Answering machine mentioned to leave a message for a return call from the embassy. Left 4 messages, but no one returned the calls. What a terrible image this embassy presents and should not be representing Singapore.

No one answers the phone. My wife wanted to collect her new passport and was trying to call since 9.00 am. Numrrous messages left on machine. No one called back. No notification was sent to collect tge pasdport from the overseas mission. Mobile number and email address was provided. Very poor service.

No one answer the phone when i called multiple times. This is not working! How are we going to collect our passport if no one answers it? I even left a voice message but no one calls me back. Please fix this asap.
