Our hot water on demand stopped working at the start of winter and Andrew made it a priority to fix it. He was attentive, professional, super knowledgeable and a great problem solver. We ended up having to get a whole new unit and he re-structured our piping system to make it more efficient and reliable. He was a pleasure to work with and very trustworthy. Recently I was faced with a challenging situation. My tenant informed me the hot water tank was not working. I contacted Andrew at APH Mechanical and once I explained the situation he immediately engaged and went to the house to determine if a repair could solve the problem. Unfortunately, the tank needed to be replaced and in less than 24 hrs a new tank was installed resulting in a happy tenant.
During the process there was some confusion with the warranty on the old unit and some difficulty getting the supplier to accept the broken tank. Andrew went out of his way to make sure the warranty was honored and the tank returned. Through out the process, he was incredibly professional, polite and patient.

My hot water tank kicked the bucket. I called Andrew at 11 am on Dec 31, 2020. When all other plumbing and heating specialists were busy or not working that day, Andrew came up from a neighboring town and had the new water heater installed before 2 pm. Total install time was just over 30 minutes! Excellent service!

We needed a plumber to fix a bad leak in kitchen. He responded immediately and came by to let us know what was wrong and what parts we needed. He came back later afternoon and fixed everything. Probably the best response time we've ever had and he was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

Andrew has done big and small projects for me, always with integrity and usually a hell of a lot faster than I expect which is nice. He's incredibly professional and makes sure you understand what he's doing before it gets done. He's also saved me a ton of money by telling me where to focus my spend for my renovations on.

Our hot water tank broke down on a Friday night with family visiting for the weekend... Fortunately, APH responded immediately and were kind enough to come out that night. Very prompt and professional service, had a new tank humming in no time. Highly recommended!
