A very sweet warm and loving atmosphere. Very experienced and welcoming teachers with so much to give and whom offer great clear instructions and can support all students various levels of practice. Right downtown Squamish with a great view of the chief in a funky rustic commercial building. A little part of the old Squamish with a cozy feel. Worth checking them out!

My heart resides in The Yoga Studio. My most potent transformations and the sweetest healings have happened in this space. I am so deeply grateful for the souls that have created and are the carriers of this space. The view of Stawamus just happens to be the cherry on top.
