I bought my first Kimono jacket from Thomas about 5 years ago, he was a vendor at a craft market. And now he finally owns an actual shop! This is amazing since he's really hard working, well knowledged, friendly and kind. I can tell his enthusiastic about Japanese garment history, from materials to sewing and stitching techniques. I also admire how he likes to understand all the stories behind those vintage Japanese garments. It's not only about how beautiful his works are, but also the story behind this store. I love everything that I purchased from him so far. AND the interior of the store is super rad! Thanks for letting us experienced this amazing service.

I visited Thomas at his Siamurai Apparel shop recently. A wonderful boutique full of exquisite vintage and contemporary Japanese indigo boro and sashiko jackets and kimono of all kinds.

Thomas and his Thai partner Bung design and create handmade clothing from Japanese and Thai prints: kimono, jackets, pants, tabi shoes and other accessories.

I'll definitely have to drop in again to browse through the trove of fabric treasures!

I LOVE all the pieces I’ve bought from Thomas. It’s been over 8 years and I own at least 15 pieces if not more. The fabrics and designs are amazing and everything if so easy and comfortable to wear. From simple black to beautiful Japanese’s inspired fabrics and colours . The vintage Japanese pieces are all unique and one of a kind. I can’t get enough of them I’ve worn samurai apparel every day this summer it’s all cotton and breathable. The pieces fit all body types. I can’t wait to have another visit and look at more vintage pieces. Thank you Thomas don’t stop producing your beautiful pieces ❤

Siamurai Apparel not only is comfortable to wear all year around, but the uniqueness of the designs are what make them stand out. I've been to Bangkok, Thailand and I've been to many festivals where vendors are just bringing in products of low quality and typical designs. Siamurai takes pride in what they bring to the market and it shows in the quality of their material and design. I have 5 pairs of their pants and my wife has two including an amazing looking skirt. Keep the good stuff coming!

I purchased a couple of pants from Thomas 4 years ago and the fabric has held up really well. Today I checked out his stand at the Squamish farmers market and he went above and beyond my expectations to fulfill my order. I will definitely enjoy the new sun dress and top too :)

First time I met Thomas was many moons ago at a craft market in DT Vancouver. I bought my first kimono apparel, and was more than happy with my purchase. The experience was so great that I continued buying stuff from him, and I can tell you that the fabric and design of every single item I bought was just fantastic. The quality is amazing, and Japanese inspired designs and colors are simply magnificent. I wear them all the time, and they are so light, breathable, and comfy. I am just glad that he finally got his own store, and although I still haven't seen it, I am making plans for a visit. His knowledge , service, and dedication deserves more than five stars! Keep on doing the great work!
