Jody is a life saver.

RBC as a whole isn’t my favourite but there are good people at this branch.

Been working in the area lately, went in to ask a few questions for various banking need & spoke to Tamina. She was extremely helpful.

Dropped in on a nice sunny day and got the help I needed. Jody was great, friendly and professional. Thanks

Update October 26 2021: I received direct deposit to RBC recently by mistake and they issued me the money no problem. On TV there was no cartoon at the time instead blue whale in the ocean. That earns them 1/2 star. Though far from addressing all the banking as I would expect yet.
June 2023, RBC offers some great plans/accounts, it turns out plus they have real COA, that's 2 stars up.

Over the years I found the staff here to be friendly and helpful. However, I've always found my investment advisor to be quite brash and somewhat unprofessional in her manner. Today, she joined a phone appointment I had - purportedly to give some information. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but she proceeded to speak over her colleague and myself, in an incredibly condescending way, before quickly leaving again in a huff because "she had another meeting". The whole thing was frankly bizarre and didn't leave a good feeling. I will be happy not to deal with this person anymore.

Unfortunately , Was a bad experience with Ms Michelle one of branches advisor. She is unprofessional. She Asked me about my wage .afterward was shocked and said ooh your are getting more than me . I went just to get help to apply for credit card . A month ago .sent her all required documents afterward never reply ,just to check with her if she well received my emails was a tons of emails. And today was telling Me sorry didn't get chance to reply .you have to get me an other LOE, what a ridiculous, it's really frustrated

Terrible experience, with the branch, had booked with 4 different mortgage specialists, each one blew off the appointment without a phone call. My most recent experience involved Rbc locking my account with no notice, after playing run around the automated useless phone system. I was told to go into the branch to discuss it with a branch manager. Of course the manager had left by 4 pm. When I was able to go by the branch, the teller was able to unlock my account for the day, however it was relocked that night. I was told instructions would be left for the branch manager in the morning to release my account and to call me to confirm and explain. He didn't. When i came into the branch that morning to find out why my account was still locked I was told " oh it got missed" again no apology. Horrible service horrible customer interaction, I've takin my banking to a credit union now.

Horrible experience with this branch. I can not believe how unprofessional they are. Husband had his credit card transfered to this branch for pick up because he is out of town. They were unwilling to give us our cards despite all of our identification. Genuinely believe they are deliberately bullying us because we are from another province. Disgusting behavior.

This place has basically become a homeless shelter at night. Can't show up there to make deposits after 9pm without being greeted by crackheads sleeping and camping all over the place. It's so ridiculous.
