Ordered last minute. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. Was very satisfied with what I sent, however adding a balloon was very expensive! They did love it and enjoyed it very much. It was well worth it! Would order from them again! It was for a baby girl. They even shaped the pineapple with things related to a baby!

I ordered a Father’s Day Dessert Platter, Plush Bear, Gourmet Belgian Chocolate Pop and a Great Outdoors Mug with Apple Truffles to surprise my husband on Father’s day as my son, husband and me couldn’t be together due to Covid-19. By the time I placed the order I couldn’t get delivery during Father’s Day weekend as the slots were gone. So I had my husband go on an adventure to pick it up by giving him directions on the go. In the end, he was really surprised and enjoyed the edible arrangement! He said it was a good variety and delicious.

They were amazing! Not only did my friend give rave reviews (who we bought the arraignment for) about her treats... they also went above and beyond. I ordered in the earlier morning hours, accidentally put 2 for the quantity... the store rep called (apologized for calling early... which was completely fine because I was up... as she saw I just placed the order) to confirm I did in fact want 2 of the same thing. It was a mistake, so they were able to edit the order. What a great way to go above and beyond. Will make sure to use this location every time!

We ordered Simply Edible Bouquets for our Pastoral Staff for Pastor Appreciation Month and the folks here did a fantastic job.
Not only were they helpful and friendly, everything was ready on time and packed so that delivery all over Erie County was easy.

I was happy. Good customer service with both ladies I spoke to. Everything looked & tasted great. Delivery was done after a time I requested even tho it wasn't guaranteed. & the B-day popcorn is good too. I'll be returning. 👍

Ordered a fruit arrangement for my aunt for Christmas, had a slight problem. I was called back right away by the store's owner Gail. She was FANTASTIC, like old fashion customer service. Replacement was sent out and my aunt was amazed and extremely pleased with the size and freshest of the product. Thank you once again for your service and attention to detail. When I need to order again locally I will be calling you.

I placed an order with Shari's Berries/1-800-Flowers for a birthday delivery of strawberries same-day, which was confirmed and paid the night before. They called me on delivery day to tell me they could not make the delivery until the next day (despite confirming a same-day delivery). I explained that this was not acceptable since it's for a BIRTHDAY and they said the best they could do was a 50% refund and delivery a day late.

Outraged, I drove to Edible Arrangements and spoke to Carey(sp?), who walked me through last-minute options for an order. She offered me an arrangement that was ready to go and added chocolate-covered strawberries and a balloon per my request. I was out the door in MINUTES. My wife absolutely loved the fruit and I was surprised how quickly my frustration turned to relief thanks to this place. The customer service was outstanding and I will be placing all future orders through Edible Arrangements.

The website was so easy to use! The arrangement was beautiful and packed so well that I didn't worry about if falling over as I delivered it to my friend. My friend really loved it and said everything was fresh and delicious! I will absolutely be ordering from Edible Arrangements again and again!

I ordered online, then called with hopes it was a slow day. When I spoke to Carrie (excuse the spelling) she started talking about my order as if I had already given her an invoice number, I only told her my first name when she answered, but she was on the ball and I confirmed my info and what was being delivered. She heard my plea for a hasty delivery and got the arrangement, via the work of a very skilled delivery person (thank you as well), delivered in under 2 hours from the time I was sent an email confirmation. Thank you, great work!

Order this delicious cheese cake tray online for local pickup. Great experience tray was ready on time, staff very nice and everything tasted amazing! Would highly recommend this location!

Love that place. It is the best gifts. They are always very helpful. This morning we just walked in of course in a hurry. They did a box for is for a last minute gift. No matter what I need or what the occasional is these are the best!! The employees are pretty awesome too!

I can't say enough about my customer service experience w/this EA store. After a delivery challenge, they were apologetic, communicative, and real problem-solvers. I would go out of my way to use this particular store again.
