Great care taken, always ready, on-time delivery. Fraser and his small team do great work. Indoor storage saved any wear-and-tear from UV damage, snow, ice, rain, slush, salt. Storage is on a strong concrete floor. Our coach is always looked after, always clean, never a scent of any mice or other nuisance. Strongly recommended! Worth the drive to Midland, even from the GTA.

Fraser and staff are amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Great assurance knowing our prized motor home is in a secure climate controlled building.

Can't recommend this place enough. Great value for indoor temperature controlled storage, which was perfect for our older motorhome. Actually it's great value even for covered but unheated storage. I really appreciated not having to winterize our RV, or worry about where to store the batteries, etc. Fraser also personally really helped us out when we had to sell our motorhome from BC; I don't know what I would have done without him.

Fraser and staff Kelly have been fabulous over the two years we stored our stuff there. Clean temperature controlled environment. We stored our stuff in container and had more than reasonable access Thank you very much. Would most definitely recommend storing here.

Fraser is amazing. When I picked up my coach he had already started it and it was ready to go. Both him and his wife are gems. I highly recommend the place.

The best place for your winter storage. Fully heated and very tidy. The owner Frazer is a very professional and cordial guy. Highly recommended.

This place is the Best!! Fraser is always accommodating, has stored our stuff for years!

We use the facility in Penetanguishene. It is ALWAYS a problem to store the camper. Jim will request you call, then state he's very busy and doesn't know what room he has. Then you are supposed to call back in a week (and you get the same story). This time I was ( just now) put on a waiting list even though I had called two weeks earlier to let him know I wanted to store the camper. The most frustrating person to deal with and I would go anywhere else if I could.

Completely unprofessional, had the owner get mad at me because he can't handle his business, I showed up on time and was polite and got nothing but attitude because he said he was "stressed out". I'm supporting your business buddy if you can't handle dealing with customers hire some extra help, your running a car storage business it's not rocket science... Never supporting these clowns again. Also, no receipt or proof of transaction, shady business....

Very Rude. I have nothing good to say about them. Very poor customer service; should not be in business with their attitude. As previous reviews have said BEWARE and stay away. Unfortunately i have to give one star to post this but they deserve no stars.

If I could give them a negative I would. By far the worst customer service.
