Cayuga Library and Heritage Centre

The new library, museum, and county archives space is really nice; it is an open-feeling space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light from the many large windows. The best part of the new space is the great new children's area. The books are displayed attractively, and there are cozy little nooks for kids to cozy up with a book and a cute little library stuffie. There are toys and puzzles to keep your young ones occupied while you browse for books for yourself.
There is also a nice new place for teens to hang out, as well as a couple of study spaces, a small wing for the museum, and a large room dedicated to the local archives.
We got to try out the new program room as well today with a visit from Little Ray's Reptile Zoo.
The staff is welcoming and friendly as always, and they certainly help this brand-new space feel like home!
I can certainly see myself and my family spending lots of enjoyable time here in the new Cayuga Public Library.

Gorgeous library, plenty of parking. Central location close to the river. Friendly staff and a great selection of books. The children’s area especially I found was presented very well.

The staff that manage the website have been very helpful and quick to respond. The communications I've had with them are friendly and easy to understand. I'm very impressed so far!

lol no one had left a review so I wanted to say hi (Hi). I gues I should say something about the place. The old library was your typical small town library no big deal but what I hear about the new one that they are making its going to be amazing. Even talk of a maker space with 3D printers and everything.

The ladies there are the best so helpful and friendly

If the library is closed, you can get good reception in the back parking lot.
