Dr. Chiu and Dr. Vien have done such a beautiful job with their brand new clinic location. It’s a clean and modern space with the most up to date technology. I would highly recommend this husband/wife duo if you’re looking for an ethical and honest family dental clinic. Such a wonderful addition to the Cayuga community!

I've been going here for a bit now, and already love the place! Nice workers, good service, clean environment. Dr. Vien and Dr. Chiu are so sweet and professional. They are really putting their hearts into their job, and taking such good care of their clients. I'm so happy I found Family Dental Care for myself and my family.

When it was time to find a dentist for our daughter it only seemed natural to start here at home in Cayuga. What a great decision that was. The care shown to her has been unreal.

Have been using this dentist for about two years now as a person in his 60s who hates dentist I’ve had a lot of them over the years. These guys are the best I have ever been to. This is the first dentist where I’ve had teeth extracted and was not given painkillers or antibiotics and didn’t need them. I have never felt any pain from any procedure and they’ve done root canals, fillings, and extractions. The friendliness carries on from the minute you walk in the front door with receptionist right through to everybody you come across inside the back. I have recommended this dentist to numerous people. My wife, who was terrified of dentist and would not go see one finally had no choice, but to see a dentist and after going to Cayuga, she now goes for regular check ups

Dr. Jenn is so kind, knowledgeable, and gentle! I was very nervous initially, but she made me feel so comfortable, and helped me with my dental emergency. She explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening with my tooth, and then painlessly fixed it on the same day. I always felt at ease throughout the appointment, and am so grateful I found her here!

I can not say enough good things about this place. The entire staff is amazing, but Dr. Ben is a miracle worker. And bless his heart for treating me like the big baby that I am. He was so gentle. I am so thrilled with the work he did today. Once the freezing wears off I'll be all set to smile proudly!

I moved to Haldimand County looking for a new dentist a few years ago. Well, I can't say how happy I am with Dr Chui and his caring staff. They have moved a couple of doors down recently, to a brand new office! If you are looking for an amazing Dentist (s) look no further!

Amazing dental clinic that I would highly recommend to anyone that looks for a gentle dentist and a pain free appointment. I have always been afraid of dentists my whole life. I went in for an emergency session and Dr. Benjamin Chiu did a root canal and fixed my tooth with zero pain. He took his time to talk about the steps involved and why the procedure was necessary. Throughout the procedure I felt very comfortable. All staff were amazing, very organized and accommodating. Since then I went back for cleaning, fillings, crown and wisdom extraction. The hygienist and Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Abbasali were all amazing too. Highly recommended!! Good job Cayuga dental team!!

I've been with this office for over 20 years and up until Dr. Chiu came in as the new dentist I was always scared and anxious about any type of dentist visit (yes, even as an adult). Since seeing Dr. Chiu, I have a brand new perspective (and also expectation!) for dentistry. He is kind, patient and really helps you understand what needs to happen to ensure your teeth are taken care of appropriately. He (and his team) are also SO gentle and attentive to your comfort. I am grateful for the team, including the receptionists, at Family Dental Care!

It's relieving to find a Dental office that is patient and takes the time to explain their procedures and ensure you are comfortable with everything during the work.

Dr. Chiu and his team are extremely welcoming, everything from booking to having work done is very simple and easy to understand.

I recently had a few cavities filled and it seems like I'm clenching pretty hard in my sleep. This led to one of the cavities having a bit of irritation. I called up Family Dental Care and they had me in within the next week and had it fixed up the same day.

I always feel really well taken care of whenever I visit. Thanks to Dr. Chui and the entire staff!

Both of us are anxious to go to the dentist... surprisingly due to the same dentist we each had from childhood, but Dr Ben has made going to the dentist less stressful. He talks through the procedure and does everything he can to make it a better experience than we had growing up. Recently I had a choice to make, whether to get a root canal or an extraction on my back molar. I was so extremely anxious about it. Dr Ben helped me weigh the pros and cons of both, explaining both procedures and answering all my questions. I thought he might be leaning towards the root canal because it would be a lot more money but in the end he was very supportive in my decision to have it extracted and agreed that in my situation it was the better choice. He's also worked on 4 of my children's teeth and they do not leave the office traumatized as we did as children. So thank you Dr Ben for helping Wade and I heal from really bad experiences from the past as we move forward in keeping our teeth healthy and fixing fillings that were done improperly.
