Great little book store. If they don’t have in store it can be ordered for quick delivery. The store holds some fantastic events throughout the year and really has a great sense of community. It also helps being connected to the coffee shop for a quaint small town shopping experience. If you check out the book club page you will find a great list of books to read!!! I have gone through about 6 so far and whoever is picking these books, does an amazing job. They are aligned to my taste in books perfectly.

It's a book store straight out of a Hallmark movie. A serious gem located in this small town. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but the selection here is top notch and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. When my son was just starting out, they helped guide me and I thank them for my son's (now) love of reading. They always make great reco's for me and as gifts for others. Highly recommend!

I won't buy a book really anywhere else. It's just easier and more friendly to go into Blue Heron. They have pretty much anything, and will do their best to get it if they don't have it. My nephews absolutely loved getting the Mr. Man and Little Miss books and we ordered quite late in the month too but arrived on time for Christmas. Fantastic! We also get a lot of our Tarot items here.

Super helpful staff and I would like to thank Kathy again for her assiance. I know my son is going to be super happy with the books he gets for Christmas. The selection is great for a small town bookstore. I'm a book nerd and I was thinking wouldn't it be nice to work in a real bookstore as I was there. An overall great experience and I would absolutely recommend true book lovers support this wonderful small business.

Blue Heron Books was amazing for online ordering! I ordered at the end of November for Christmas (based on their website, plenty of time!). I e-mailed them about a week and a half later to check in. Unfortunately the publisher was backlogged and was re-printing one of the books in my set. Shelley was amazing and sourced the books at another store and organized to have them delivered today (Dec 23) to ensure they were here on time for Christmas! Great store and amazing customer service!

I miss wandering through this creaky-floored bookseller. They always have new and interesting looking finds. Their junior section is also great - I've found books for my son each time I'm here. Not to mention the great knick knacks artfully displayed. Their service is still great - I ordered a book online and picked it up without fuss.

I love every bit about this book store - from the smell and feel when you walk in, to the incredibly helpful and friendly service, to the great layout and organization of the store. It's my favorite book store!

We love this book store! If they don't have something in stock they will do their very best to order it. Everyone who works there gives great advice, and their programming is always top-notch.

Love this local bookstore. The rustic atmosphere and shelves of knowledge will transport you into an abyss, exploring covers and pages that have never been turned before.

This is the kind of place you never want to leave. So many great books, fantastic staff and great gifts. Good thing they don't have a comfy couch or I never would leave. If they don't have what you want, they will get it. Terrific little bookstore!!!
