I needed a candy thermometer and decided to call . The man said they had one and I thanked him. Went to go get it and he had set it aside for me and I didn't even ask for him to do. Very friendly and very pleased with service. Will be my to go hardware store. Highly recommend

Amazing selection of nuts, bolts, and screws. Super friendly and helpful too.

Only improvement would be if they carried incandescent bulbs and string lights. But, it's thanks to Biden and Obama we no longer have freedom to chose our light bulbs.

Had a caster wheel i had purchased somewhere else and needed washers and nuts for it. Went to home depot and could not find what i wanted. So i stopped here on my way home hoping i would find what i was looking for. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by a girl behind the counter and asked me if i needed help finding anything i held up the caster and told her what i was looking for and she grabbed the caster went to shelf and found all the parts i needed while i watched. I don't need to say anymore. Great and highly recommend. Would recommend to anyone. It is the personal customer service that matters and a lot of companies do not offer that. Those mom and pop shops are the best.

I don't know a hammer from a screwdriver, but that doesn't matter. Whenever I walk into Warren's I get a friendly smile, expert help, and all the advice and encouragement I need to tackle whatever project I'm working on. This is a local family owned small business and it can run circles around the bigger box stores. You won't find better dedication, teamwork and 5-star customer service anywhere. And thank you, Warren's, for all the support you give the Lewiston community!

Warren's Hardware is what I expected in this type of store. They serve the Village of Lewiston and outlying area with reasonable business hours and selections of goods and materials for the home and farm. They are conveniently located and have most helpful and friendly staff. Their prices for pipe fittings are very reasonable as opposed to the big supply houses. They can save an hour running after parts.

Great selection of tools, hardware and almost anything you'll need around the house. Expert advice and friendly service. Skip the drive to Niagara Falls and save some gas and time.

They have one of the best selection of tiny parts, nuts, screws and bolts I've ever seen. Also the service here is super.
