I got a prescription sent from my doctor in the city to this pharmacy that is close to home! Tried to call at 2 and 3pm to see if it was ready, AS i have 2 young children and don't want to wait for it at the store. Left a message after being sent to voicemail twice, just stating I just wanted to know if and when it would be ready, heard nothing before they closed at 6pm. Makes you wonder why they even bother having a phone lol. Now I have to go without my antibiotics for another night.

Update - had another prescription faced here and 5 days later they still don't have it ready. And say I have to come back. Rudest and Incompetent staff I've ever encountered at a pharmacy. They need 1hour to fill 1 weeks of a prescription. Why? Hate this pharmacy with a passion. Wish their was another alternative in the area. Would give 0 stars if I could.

3rd negative experience in a row. The lady at Pick up gives us grief everytime because the insurance isn't on file for that kid because the doctor has faxed over the prescription and its the first time using that pharmacy. Out of my control and she gives us grief for having to do her job. But this time not having the faxed, and much needed prescription ready took the cake. It is not my issue you are short staffed when my child needs a prescription that was sent nearly 24 hours ago. Clearly staff is short and service is out the window at this pharmacy.
