Port McNeill Veterinary Clinic

This vet graciously accommodated an appointment for our male labradoodle that was having a minor health issue. I explained we were out of town (boaters), and they fit us in. Dr Reid was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took a biopsy and read the results quickly for us. A few weeks later, while underway on our boat and much farther away, I had some follow up questions. She again graciously took our call and email and quickly replied with her recommendations. The front office staff were very professional as well. The entire office is clean and organized. I highly recommend this vet and office.

The lady at the front was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She helped give me ideas on how to avoid my cat getting fleas constantly while living in an apartment building where other tenants have animals that are in and out!

She also helped suggest things to me to help me save money, instead of constantly going back and spending more than I need to.

Great friendly service i felt safe with my cats ging to the Vet l, thanks so much for your services and help with spaying my Rex. they were very accommodating as we had to get in the ferry home worked out around the ferry schedule!

I'm so glad for this group of people who really care. They were there for us in a time of need when it was time to say goodbye to my beautiful boy. It was all done with extreme professionalism and caring that I felt at ease with my decision. Thank you to the Drs. and their assistants for helping us through this difficult decision, it's never an easy one. I'm forever in your gratitude.

No one returned call

They offered support for my ill pet however were not forthcoming with costs until I pressed them for $ breakdown. I did not use their services as I feared they would pressure me into VERY costly procedures. I know people who have gotten into financial debt with this clinic. Beware! Ask questions

just spoke to an assistant about my dog she said she would book me in at 200 tomorrow i phoned back in later than 45 minutes later someone else answered the phone no such apointment tried to explain my situation as to where i lived and travel time still she says can get you in at 330 but you can come in and we will CHARGE you emerg fee kept trying to explain to her got VERY upset and said goodbye my heart was breaking as my girl is almost 17 years old talk about a Cold responce pulling on peoples heart strings all i can say is LADY YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSSINESS .
