Delivered a load in Port Hardy. Picked up my backhaul and noticed I had some tail light issues. This shop took me in and fixed my lights without any hesitation even though they were swamped with work. Excellent workmanship, friendly office staff and mechanics. Very accommodating shop. I operate Reel Crazy Fishing Charters in Winter Harbour.
Called on a Sunday and spoke to Chris. A tech (Shaun) was waiting at 07:15 Monday morning and made a diagnosis. Got the sensor needed ordered and delivered by 4:30. Shaun infalled it and had me on my way by 5.30. This super service saved me from having to cancel a $5500.00 dollar charter.
