Delicious food and wine in a chill ambiance with cool music that allows for a conversation. We had an amazing burger with a Spanish twist, bone marrow, duck hearts (omg so good), olives, Tempranillo and their charred bread - I wish more places did that). Their coffee and desserts are amazing as well. Bang for your buck! We always come back for more food and the vibes.

Chorizo is now in the top few of our favourite Victoria restaurants. They have hit the mark in all the key areas. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with good music. The food is fabulous. We had the Boquerones and the Humboldt Squid. Both outstanding.

Had a great dinner experience sitting at the bar. Had the happy hour tapas & drinks AND the Sable Fish fresh sheet special.
We’ll be back!!

This Mediterranean styled tapa bistro seems to be a hidden gem at a time when many sub-standard restaurants are requiring paid reservations and add restrictions to your time to enjoy being out. Not here. Rich flavoured food, and a great selections of drinks. We had the grilled cauliflower, grilled Humboldt squid, special spot prawn dumplings, dry aged chorizo (it’s in the name - just order some!) and churros. He had a couple HH wines for $6 and cocktails. This is a restaurant you should put on repeat!

Stopped here for some small bites and a drink during happy hour. The food was so delicious. The morcilla bombs were my favorite. Our bartender (and the owner) was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back

One of the top restaurants in Victoria! Unique menu with amazingly perfect flavor profiles. Great for a special date night or just a a casual dinner out. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable with food and wine pairings. 100% recommend - it is definitely my go to spot to impress friends and family!

Had a great meal here with my family. Everyone had something different and the groans of pleasure came from all of us. From the hamburger to the paella, the mussels to the pork belly, this restaurant exceeded all expectations. It’s small, intimate, warm, inviting and the service was excellent. I’m so glad for this wonderful restaurant! Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

We enjoyed our dinner at chorizo and co. Calamari as appetizer were tasty with fresh ingredients. We had to order some extra bread.
We then ordered the large paella and the plate was huge. It was topped with large amount of fresh fish and calamari steak, very nicely seared. The paella dish was a bit wet (too much sauce) but we enjoyed it. We had no stomach left for dessert... Maybe next time!

Fantastic experience - probably the best date night venue in Victoria.

Cocktails were perfect. The food was delish - particularly the salt cod croquetas, clams & mussels, and patatas bravas. The chocolate mousse put my homemade version to shame.

Service was top notch too - couldn't ask for a better experience.

We'll see you again.

Wow. This meal was sublime! I had the Ménage à Fois, and it was spectacular. Bone marrow, duck hearts, and fois gras with a glass of tempranillo. For dessert I had the Crema Catalana and a glass of Lustau East India Solera sherry. Again, amazing. Highly recommended.

Great food. I had a grilled Humboldt squid and roasted potatoes for starter. The grilled Humboldt squid was terrific, neither chewey nor too fishy at all. The starter with potatoes was also great. Staff was kind. Want to try other dishes on my next visit.

Wow.. what a meal. Went in with my hubby at happy hour. Stayed longer for dinner. The bartender, best skinny margarita. Verbena calm cocktail.. so refreshingly no sweet adult cocktail. Such an unassuming little restaurant with a very cool atmosphere. If you want to come to an adult, cool vibe restaurant bar with the most sophisticated food, come here! You will not be disappointed. Food and drinks to die for. We had the pork belly and wow.. the pairing of the sauce is very unexpected and tasty. Cuts the greasiness of the pork belly with a slight taste of citrus.. what a combination. Genius chef!! Thank you to our waiter for his recommendations. It was the best tasting food and drinks I've tasted for a long time. I highly recommend to try this restaurant for happy hour and dinner!

The food was exceptional. Olives, fancy potatoes, meatballs, paella, scallops, and an assortment of deserts. Everything was remarkable and sooo tasty! The prices were completely reasonable and the service was right on time.
10/10 - will definitely come again.

Spanish tapas influenced menu. We enjoyed the olives served with charred grilled bread to start. The paella was very nice, especially the Humboldt squid which was so tender and the salt cod which was fried crispy. Prices are on the higher side, but dishes seem to use quality ingredients.

This delightful nook in the heart of Victoria's Fort Street charm never fails to deliver the whole package; beautiful and creative dishes, innovative cocktails, lovely wine list, fun and friendly service, all offered up with the just right amount of clever sass and neighbourliness. Great music playlist in an attractive and relaxed setting. Always a treat to come here.

We hit upon Chorizo & Co. when the place where we intended to eat was closed. What a happy circumstance! The food was delicious. Shared the Mediterranean platter with a friend - best hummus I’ve ever tasted, and the grilled pita was delicious. Our companions were also very happy with their corn dog and specialty burger. Would definitely eat here again.

The restaurant is one of the best places that I have ever visited. The atmosphere is fantastic the staff is friendly. As for the food, it is mouth watering. The flavours are in harmony with each other. The pork belly is to kill for. Every bite is special in its own way.
Each dish is unique, even the Crema Catalana stands out.
If it weren’t for living on the opposite side of Canada, I would dine here every night.

If you're looking for a lovely place to enjoy a nice glass of wine this place will take care of you because the new owners are passionate about their wine. I really like wine but I tend to drink more cocktails than wine and the cocktails here are really inspired. Highly recommend the "jump jump." Herbaceous and refreshing! The food here is on par with the space/atmosphere: refined and carefully put together. The chorizo is locally sourced made with an original recipe conceptualized by the owners themselves. Talented, gifted, and motivated is how I would describe the magicians who work in the back of house. Customer service wise you can expect consummate professionalism while also being entertained by the approachable and amazingly friendly service that will make you feel like you're at home. Think urban modern with old world service.

Everytime I visit Chorizo & Co. I'm left with the same question. Why am I not here more often? The food is outstanding. Great mixed drinks and well curated wine list. The vibe casual, friendly, the service excellent. It all makes for a terrific dinner out. Thank you. I highly recommend.

We love sharing plates and Spanish food so often look for tapas restaurants when we travel. After driving past Chorizo & Co. we decided to walk back to it from our hotel and we are happy we made the effort. The serving staff were welcoming and let us choose our table. They serve local craft beer on draft which is important to us but they have a nice wine selection as well. We ordered lemon garlic local red stripe shrimp, Pisto (a fantastic eggplant, peppers, tomatoes dish), mussels and clams in a tomato based broth and a lemon crema custard for dessert. Everything was delivered quickly and was delicious! The only small negative to our experience was the music selection, however we probably are not their usual demographic. For a meal as outstanding as we had, we will try to expand our music appreciation because we look forward to returning on our next visit to Victoria!
