I’ve been at this campground for some time. Yes it is a bit weathered but Albert has been an amazing caretaker. Unfortunately the pine beetle has wiped out many of the trees but Albert still makes the place feel like home away from home.

The gentleman who owns this is so sweet. Everything he makes on the campsite goes to Charity. Water and power hook-ups, washer, dryer and shower with bathroom.

I love it here and the owners are amazing they make you feel like your right at home and it's so comfortable staying here :)

The owner is extremely nice and the park itself is spacious and green however the girls bathroom could use a little more upkeep.

Power water and sewer for $35 a night. Beautiful scenery in the distance. Not so beautiful up close.

Peace River, originally named Peace River Crossing and known as Rivière-la-Paix in French, is a town in northwest Alberta, Canada. It is along the banks of the Peace River at its confluence with the Smoky River, the Heart River and Pat's Creek. It is approximately 486 kilometres northwest of Edmonton and 198 kilometres northeast of Grande Prairie on Highway 2. It was known as the Village of Peace River Crossing between 1914 and 1916. The Peace River townsite is nearly 1,000 feet below the relatively flat terrain surrounding it. source
