We needed bits and pieces to connect our water pump. The service we got in the plumbing department was outstanding.

Excellent employees and courteous service. I would have reacted much less politely than that young employee who simply apologized and walked away after being aggressively yelled at by the customer who walked up to the counter. The customer literally threw the faucet box on the counter before verbally and aggressively accusing the kid of ruining their lives because the employee questioned him about following the instructions in the box that said: "IN CASE OF PROBLEMS DO NOT RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO THE STORE, CALL 1-800... "
Some people (like that old fool using his wife's e-mail account) deserve more than what they get.
I've been going to this store for a years. Great staff!

A real hardware and home decorating store with real service. Not a home improvement warehouse with dusty aisles and indifferent staff.

Nous avions besoin de matériaux. Nous avons téléphoné au département des matériaux, fort occupé, nous avons donc laissé un message. Quelques heures plus tard un représentant nous a rappelé avec l'information. Nous avons donc fait notre commande. Merci de votre service en temps difficile.

Un endroit professionnel. Accueil agréable et conseils judicieux. Un service de décoration professionnel. Tout pour votre bricolage extérieur et intérieur. De plus vous faîtes non seulement vos achats avec vos animaux dimestiques en laisse mais un bol d'eau les attend à l'extérieur. Je vous recommande le BMR de Mont-Tremblant. Un 5 étoiles
