I had a bridesmaid dress that was being altered by a family member but a week before the wedding, they were not able to complete the alterations. We took it to Lakeview and they were amazing! I was so stressed about the timeline but they had the alterations done so quickly and the dress fits perfectly! Couldn’t be happier, thank you!! Definitely recommend Lakeview Dry Cleaners!

GREAT SERVICE

Prompt and good work

Didn't follow original instructions for alteration and overcharged for the work.

They have had my wife's wedding dress for approximately 9 weeks. We were originally told they don't clean wedding dresses on site and send them out with a 2 week turn around. At 8 weeks we asked when the dress would be returned and got zero answers, other than they would call us when it's done.

Took many items in. Some were okay, not great. I do not recommend this business. Ruined two women's Blazers with colour transfer. When asked how this can happen she said that stuff happens. Have six hundred dollar suit at another cleaners to see if it can be fixed. Was told by the other cleaner the fabric has pulled away from the lining caused by cleaning tools being too hot. Lakeview cleaners attitude was just terrible. Never once apologised for ruining close to $800.00 in clothing. She did give me a refund on the cleaning, only after asking for it. STAY AWAY awful experience!!!

I do not recommend bringing anything here. I had a women’s satin dress dry cleaned for a wedding and it was covered in pilling from top to bottom after I picked it up. Same thing happened to another bridesmaid in the group. I was incredibly disappointed.

Normally excellent service - but reliability is apparently an issue. Being closed for a day after a major snowstorm is completely understandable. Being closed for 2 days leading into a long weekend is a bit irresponsible. Very disappointing - I needed those items for this weekend.
