I brought in an off the shoulder mother-of-the-bride dress. I was told at the dress shop that I need a simple alteration at the shoulders to prevent slipping. Anita immediately recognized that the dress needed to be more fitted & explained exactly what she was going to do. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Anita is an artist and sees the whole picture. She even gave me advice on toenail polish colour. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anita and her extremely high standards. Very reasonable prices.

I can't say enough about how amazing Anita is! She saved my wedding dress. Myself and 2 of my bridesmaids went to a seamstress who refused to listen to us when we said our dresses were too big. A week before my wedding, I took a chance and went to Anita. She went above and beyond. She fixed the entire skirt of my dress, brought it in and fixed both of my bridesmaids dresses. Anita can alter just about anything, and never fails to be honest about when she feels she cannot. Anita is reliable in her work and sets reasonable expectations on deadlines. I am grateful that Flawless Dry Cleaners is one of the few dry-cleaning business that managed to survive the pandemic. Though she is extremely busy, it only speaks to the quality of her work.

I brought it in to Anita at Flawless thinking that there was probably nothing that could be done to salvage it.
