We have been using Emmerson ever since we opened up our small business account 5 years. From then on Caroline has provided us with the service we need. She is the most personable person we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Caroline has adjusted to our companies growth and she is always available to help. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends,family or coworkers looking for a great insurance broker.

My families experience with this brokerage was terrible. They messed up and cancelled my automotive coverage through an error which was completely their fault. They sent me a gift card which was a nice gesture. I decided to give them another chance. However the problems continued. They assure you that something is taken care of when it definitely is not. When my phone calls and emails continued to be ignored I finally attended the office. I then cancelled my 3 vehicles and home insurance on the spot. It caused me a great deal of undue stress that I did not have the time or energy to continue to deal with. I can only speak for my honest experience here. I have no personal grudges against anyone there. I just wish I would have switched sooner. They failed me as a customer. I went with cooperators and never had another problem. I hope this helps people looking for insurance. I wrote the owner asking for their name and number to discuss my experience as they stated that reviews are "taken very seriously" in the response... They never responded. There is no accountability. Very disappointed.

Extremely poor response leaving me wasting more time and more money. Its taken me since September to get a basic auto and house quote and it’s now January and I’m still waiting. That’s how long after numerous reminders to contact me, providing emails and existing insurance details I still have nothing.

Would rate zero if possible. Nothing but problems and we haven't even made a claim! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, we have lost time, patience, and money with this company.

Agent caused me to lose my insurance with bad advice and communication including refusing to take our calls.

Costly
