I’ve recently bought a GMC truck from Gus Brown in Port Perry. The experience was pleasant, quick, and very professional. Larry Demmings was my sales agent, and while new to the job, he was able to answer all my questions, introduced me to staff, particularly those that I would need to deal with for any service appointments, financial arrangements, or whatever. Probably more importantly, he leveraged every available program to get me the best price possible. The features and set up of my vehicle are complex and time consuming. Since he is new to this job, he brought in one of the experts, there to assist with a thorough discussion on how to set up the vehicle for my specific needs. Ryan Noyes was eager to provide a detailed explanation, and answer every question that I had. All that to say, Gus Brown retains very knowledgable staff. They were others that provided a wealthy information to me as well! Some great folks there! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going out of your way to visit the dealership to see how they can fit your needs.

The parts department at Gus Brown Port Perry is top notch, knowledgeable and usually have all I need in stock !!

Though I've never purchased a vehicle here their service team has been outstanding. I've had two different vehicles serviced here and both times the job has been done in a better then timely manner with extremely courteous service. Garret especially has been very patient and accommodating to explain the what, why and how for me in each repair. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him as well as the service staff to anyone!

I am writing this review on the service department of Gus Brown and how awesome they are. It is rarely that you see this type of customer service these days, that wows you! The manager Glen and his staff went beyond and above to assist in fixing my problem with my car that I purchased new from them from 5 years ago. I would highly recommend their services as they are a dealer that goes above and beyond. I would also recommend Gary their salesman as he is patient and helpful to help you find what you like. All in all they are an excellent dealership in a small town.

Recently I had an oil change on my 2015 GMC Terrain at Gus Brown, Port Perry. The staff were friendly and additional work was not pushed on me. The oil change was quicker than anticipated, thus my vehicle was ready by the time I got back from having a coffee at a nearby place. I will have no hesitation returning for future work and highly recommend the service department who I have been loyal to since purchase.
