Great place for aggregates, and the customer service is always great. The scale ladies are helpful and always kind, even on the busiest of days. The loaders are easy to communicate with and listen well to hand signals. One loader in particular can be impatient, but if you follow his directions, you’ll get on fine.

AWESOME! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Ladies in the sales department and scale house are the best. Always willing to help and get the products you need.

We recently used Glacial on a small commercial project. The service was excellent, they had everything we needed in terms of product, information and specifications. The dispatcher was also super helpful and everything was delivered on time. We will definitely be using Glacial again on our next project.

Full disclosure, I’ve worked here for 9 years. I also plan to be here for many years to come. This is a great place to work at, employee safety is paramount, and the management team is committed to growing and developing from within. I bought a trailer full of stones from these guys and they could not have been more helpful. We discussed sizes and purpose and they were full of useful information that I needed to do the job. Highly recommended!

If you are new to the Glacial location off Garvin Rd pay close attention to the signs on scale office. And if you walk in, make sure you walk in from the pit side. I got off on the wrong foot and my first 5 trips I got blasted by staff at everything. Next prepare your self for the loaders, they have absolutely lost sight of reality. They can’t stand drivers. You are a nuisance and you are interrupting them from their “real” work. It’s really a pity, I timed my loader. It took him 1:50 minutes to load me yet he was either flailing his arms or shaking his head every time I pulled up. Or deliberately not pushing my load down so I had to climb up and physically move thousands of pounds of product so I could close my canopy.

There is a front desk employee at glacial aggregates at this location who is always rude and negative towards me. I’ve tried to be kind to her but nothing works.
