It was a very pleasant experience ordering our new Ford Bronco from Rhineland Car Company. Jim told me the realistic time frame to get one with the options that we wanted. It took 6 months which I hear is better than what some other buyers have experienced from other dealers. Jim Dyck gave me updates along the way, which I appreciated. When the vehicle arrived it was fitted with some extras that I requested and looks wonderful.
The 2022 Bronco has quite a few technological features that are new to me, even though we have owned other late model vehicles. Jim and Kevin took the time at delivery to explain all the features, and even synced my phone and registered the truck with Ford Pass.

I had a great service experience recently and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs some assistance with buying, repairing, or maintaining a vehicle. It's a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere, staffed by professionals who put their customer's needs first. I was treated with courtesy and respect and wouldn't hesitate to trust them with my vehicle again. The coffee was great, and I was back on the road after a full service in no time.

My car purchasing experience was excellent! Matt in sales is a very personable individual. All the staff at the dealership seem like family. They haven’t done any service work for me yet but I’m anticipating the same level of car.

Very friendly people that explained every process and held no information back. We asked for the bottom line and that's what we got. 4 months after we ordered with no conformation needed they had the same total on the day we picked it up. Honesty and integrity to the core. I was having troubles with my F-150 I was only home for one day before leaving on holidays. Rhineland Car took my truck in and had it back to me at the end of the same business day. Problem was fixed and it was washed and cleaned.

Frustrating to have problems on a new truck but couldn’t be happier with the service. I was given priority treatment in a rushed situation and they made sure I was on my way. It makes it hard to shop anywhere else when I get service like this from Rhineland Car. Really appreciate the small town service I get whenever I stop by.
