I contacted Milena about a problem with an ebike that I purchased from Costco. She was extremely helpful and very concerned that I had a good experience.

When things did not go quite as planned, she shipped parts quickly and jumped through hoops to make sure that the problem was resolved.

Last Friday I purchased an electric tricyle, the e-Azteca, directly from Trivel at their head office in Repentigny, Quebec as I can no longer use or pedal a regular bicycle due to a disability which effects my balance and limits my leg power.

Even though my wife and I purposely went to Trivel so that I could test drive a demo tricycle before buying it (like test driving a car before purchasing it), this weekend I rode my new tricycle for the first time and it vastly exceeded my expectations and was so much fun to ride, even moreso than when I test drove it. The e-Azteca is simply amazing in all aspects. It's well built, very easy to use, very stable, very comfortable, rides so smoothly and I absolutely love the pedal assist feature thanks to the rechargeable battery and motor, which makes it posssible for me to pedal and ride even with my limited leg power. It fits perfectly in the back of our SUV, which is how we brought it home, and it also happens to be extremely cool looking.

I highly recommend this tricycle to anyone who is looking for a way to ride a bicyle but who may have physical limitations like I do. As well, the staff at Trivel are amazing. They were so nice and helpful with my wife and myself. Thank you Sylvie, Milena and Bill for your exceptional service and for suggesting the super comfy seat I upgraded to and the special foot pedals with straps that make it easy for me to get my feet on the pedals and which keeps my feet in place while pedaling. It's because Trivel also specializes in custom-made orthopedic tricycles (just click on the Orthopedic Tricycle tab on their web site to see what I'm talking about) that they were able to offer me these upgrades.

I should also mention that I test drove a regular electric tricycle at a local shop before I found the e-Azteca at Trivel, and the difference is night and day. With the regular electric tricyle, I did not feel stable or secure, and felt that I was going to easily tip over. I was also too close to the pedals as the seat only goes up and down on the regular tricycle I test drove. The e-Azteca on the other hand has a much lower center of gravity, making it stable and safe, and a semi-recumbent seat, which is easily adjustable along the metal bar that it sits on, allowing me to find the perfect seat position vis à vis the pedals. I am so thankful that I found and purchased the e-Azteca and I encourage anyone wanting to get an electric tricycle to do so as well. You will not regret it.

For 9:30am on Monday morning…I am in Alberta and They are in Quebec… by 1pm on Tuesday I had a set of keys and a personal note from the lovely Polish lady I spoke with ( I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name 😩) Thankyou for the note and the keys my girl is once again happy Rollin ❤😊🙌

J'ai fait l'acquisition de Azteca il y a 2 ans. Le tricycle a peut-être été conçu au Québec mais tout est fabriqué en Chine. Il est mal conçu et je peux même dire qu'il est dangereux à conduire. Le Service à la clientèle est pratiquement inexistant.. et les retours d'appel prennent une éternité. Donc je peux dire après 2 ans que je suis insatisfait du produit.

sur le model azteca (non electrique) le boulon qui retient la roue (plutot important!!) mesure 5.85mm!!!!! , il peut donc briser tres facilement (ca vient de nous arriver ) et cest extremement dangeureux la roue ne tient qua ca ! , pour une ordre de grandeur le boulon qui retient la roue de mon autre enfant de 4 ans et son velo walmart payé 69$ mesure 9mm ... et la je ne vous parle pas du garde chaine tordu des les premieres randonnées , bref tres cher pour si basse qualité et surtout non securitaire pour des enfants deja avec problemes.......

J ai écrit à la compagnie rue Bourque concernant le tricycle e fat azteca couleur verte , j ai reçu aucune réponse.
