The best shelter I found around Montreal. They have the best team and everybody is so kind. We adopted a cat and one week after my friend adopted another one! Definitely consider it!

I adopted my cat 2 weeks ago. They were very helpful to inform me with everything I need to know when bringing back a kitten. Bought the good good for her, toys and treats. My kitten was a little sick at my house for the first 3 days and they took her right back to treat her and give her a nausea medication that she needed. As soon as she cane back home she is now 100% happy and full of energy. Very friendly staff and everyone is very helpful and reasuring. I recomend adopting from them as they treat their cats very well.

Great service! I was there to buy a new harness for my dog and the employee was patient with my dog even though he was very nervous. I ended up getting his nails cut there. My dog acts like it's the end of the world when you touch his nails. It went as smooth as possible, better than previous experiences (in other places). I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this place.

From outside this place doesn't look too impressive. Being in an old mall doesn't really help. But don't get fool by this image, this place is great. They serve most popular brand for cats and dogs. And make them special is the service they offer. They are a shelter for cats, they do dog grooming and they also offer babysitting for cats. We've let them our two cats for two weeks and they took really good care of them. They get to socialize with other cats and people that come to the shop will pet them. They won't miss any affection.

Very nice staff . Animals seem to be well feed and well treated . Adopted a small cat from them revived all the info and medical stuff about the cat and the type of food they were feeding her . And what to do if we want to change the food to another company

Merci à toute l'équipe qui fut fort dévoué lors de mon processus d'adoption. Je suis tombé sur un chat merveilleux grâce à votre refuge. Je recommande cet endroit si vous voulez donner une seconde chance à des animaux qui le méritent.

Nous avons adopté un chaton qui malheureusement a été malade 2 jours après sont arrivé dans sa nouvelle maison. Réponse rapide du refuge et soin donné. Maintenant chaton va bien et adore sa maison 😊

Je voudrais faire une rectification au commentaire de madame Dominique Duquette.

Je crois qu'il faut bien connaître le comportement canin pour juger si un chien souffre pendant qu'on le peigne.

Il semble que le chien se serait excité en vous voyant dans l'embrasure de la porte, et c'était la cause de ses petits cris.

L'employée est une amoureuse des animaux et jamais elle ne leur ferait de mal.

Passer le peigne à la fin, c'est pour vérifier s'il reste des petits poils emmêlés, parce qu'en principe, il n'y avait plus.

Les clients peuvent très bien voir le travail qui se fait sur leur chien et s'il y avait apparence de douleur, les gens ne rameneraient plus leur chien, ni leur chat. Au contraire, ce salon de toilettage a un très haut taux de satisfaction.

Je vous invite à questionner de nouveau sur la technique utilisée la prochaine fois que vous irez au magasin.

Ils ont été vraiment super !!! Car ma petite cocotte n'est vraiment mais vraiment pas facile.

PS: Je vous les recommande vivement pour les coupes griffes, la mienne est exactement hyper nerveuse à l'extrême et ils ont bien réussi malgré tout.
