It's the local Post Office. The service is just fine. Not sure what people are whining about. A package comes in, you pick it up. What's there to complain about?

Worst service to get mail delivered.

Hours holding for online chat.

Customer Service cant help because their is no up to date details than what is online. What's online is not accurate.

Receive email stating your parcel couldn't be delivered and ready for pick up at post office, however no=one even tried to deliver the package they just took straight to the post office, as there is never a failed delivery notice in the mailbox.

Then they take the package to the furthest post office, over 25 mins away when we have a post office 2 mins from the house. Told its how your mapped we cant control where your packages go regardless of distance.

Terrible service terrible attitude from CSR, nightmare trying to find your packages. Worst of all you sign up for over night delivery yet its weeks before you find and then drive to collect your package - costs us over $50 in gas a week just to get our business supplies if their sent through Canada Post.

Does not even attempt to deliver any of my packages. Every single package must be picked up wasting over 30 minutes of my time. A delivery company? They don't deliver.

The worst. Super fustrating...learn to use your own technology properly!!
