I desperately needed to get my fluff ball in for a haircut, so I took my 15.5 yr old dog Milo in for grooming, I also purchased a Luxury package for extra pampering. I dropped him off, the groomer, I think her name was Jessica, asked if there were anything she should be aware of with him. I gave her my dog's dislikes and likes and asked her to let me know if she has any problems. When I came in to pick up Milo, he was so happy! His tail was wagging and he looked fantastic! The groomer did an excellent job. She informed me that Milo was very good and she had no problems. This was my first time there and I will definatley be back! Amazing customer service and amazing job to all the staff!

Had my Bischon groomed at Pet's smart with Kristy, wonderfully professional and friendly team of groomers. Easy to make an appt and the service was terrific. I would highly recommend this team for your dog. When we were done we shopped a bit and the Pet Smart staff were helpful and friendly, giving my Gucci treats.

My puppy- Star had a grooming session with Kristy this morning. We absolute love it here and would recommend their services. Star says a huge thank you for his complimentary birthday treat.

What a great experience!! The groomers are so knowledgeable and you can tell they really love animals. My pup Ranger got a groom and his nails trimmed and has never smelled better! Morgan H was so gentle and kind and I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in her care. Go here!!!

We are regular customers here for our puppy Enzo. We buy his food regularly here, staff is always kind to both us and Enzo.

Today we took Enzo to his first grooming! We were nervous because he is a very energetic boy, but it went amazing. The staff gave us a full report on how he did, he loved the bath and the blow drying. Which must have meant they were very patient and kind with him as he’s a busy boy! He smells and looks amazing post grooming, and he’s super soft right now. They even sent him home with a big toy! Which he had grown attached to while there! We are super impressed thank you Olivia, and Tori? We aren’t sure the names but everyone was so wonderful!

I have been taking all 3 of my Golden Retrievers to PetSmart for Grooming for years and they love it there. They always look great after and i have never had any issues. The Grooming Manager Morgan H. is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I would go back every time just for her :)

I have been impressed by the helpfulness of staff here and the friendliness of the cashiers. One cashier consistently asks about the kind of dog I have and if my dog is not with me, she asks me to give it a cuddle for her. Amazing positive energy - not easy to sustain, so want her to know that it is appreciated!

Helpful employees and this store is stocked with all that our pets need.

We were here for service related to fish and birds. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back.

We were in the live animal section to get a few fish an a parakeet as a companion to one we rescued. The woman who served us gave us exceptional service and she was knowledgeable about both birds and the fish. Friendly service from a knowledgeable staff person who cares. We don't like shopping at mega multi-national stores but we will make an exception with PetSmart and we will be back again.

I take both of my dogs to their grooming salon and it is always a good experience. Their online booking through the app is super user friendly. I have taken my dogs to multiple groomers and they have all been good. Special shout-out to Christine who has been very patient with my more difficult dog. She is always happy to see him despite the fact I know he isn’t easy to groom.

Very good pricing, I got a hamster there for a good price. She has a YouTube channel called Stella The Hamster! I recommend buying a little fuzzy rodent from Pet Smart!

Was able to find what we needed for our new cat, prices are extremely completive, if not better than other stores. Rewards program is nice

Had a great experience buying my first hamster today. Tiffany was truly amazing, she made the whole process easy and gave me many helpful tips on how to keep my new hamster happy.

Puppy’s first grooming & I was very happy with the overall experience & exposure. Morgan H did a great job with the groom & with explaining ways to help desensitize for the future. Very pleased. Also was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly smiling associate both times I entered the store; nice touch!
