Really nice veterinary doctor and staff; I really appreciate them taking a second look at my sick kittens when I’m not sure about things myself! (I’m no Doctor of Veterinary!!) So sometimes an expert consult is needed :)

I am always happy with the service my pets receive from Drs. Bergen and their staff. They take their time and explain things well!

These guys were absolutely amazing to deal with! Husband and I are long haul truck drivers, I called them from the road as our senior cat was having bladder control issues. They fit us into their busy schedule and got our cat diagnosed and gave us all the medications needed for a UTI. Super sweet staff and the vet was fantastic! Highly recommend coming here!!

Amazing place! Took my non client dog in for a pretty bad hot spot and infection and they had him fixed up in no time. Lovely staff and very reasonably priced. I am from a community 2 hrs away with no vet and going here made it worthwhile for my pup and myself.

The best experience.
We are from out of town and while camping in the area our French bulldog ended up having an allergic reaction and was having difficulty breathing. Dr. Mark Bergen made the time to see our dog as soon as we arrived at the Vet, he listened to my dog’s history and explained everything in great detail. Never once did I feel rushed or that I was being fed incorrect information. After receiving the best care possible I went to pay for what I thought would be an expensive emergency visit and was pleasantly surprised with an extremely reasonable fee. I could not be more thankful for this Veterinary Hospital and to Dr. Mark Bergen for saving our dog. The people of Chetwynd are extremely lucky to have them.

The doctor is professional and helpful and got my friends dog in immediately when it was a bit of an emergency. Darn good thing they did because she turned out to be indefinite need of their services that day!♡♡

My dog had surgery here and everything was excellent. Her recovery and post surgical follow-up was excellent.

Called Dr. Bergen at dinner time on a Saturday, our dog had a suspected Pyometra (life threatening) and he got us in right away and performed surgery to remove her womb that evening.
Picked up our dog the next day and she's doing very well.
He couldn't have been nicer and the final bill was extremely good compared to what we were expecting!

Great animal hospital, our cat was having trouble peeing. He is Male and is slowly getting better but we found out he was getting to much protein in his food.

Dr. Mark & Dr. Dana Bergen Are the BEST vets I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. If you are looking for a compassionate, genuine, knowledgeable vet, with reasonable pricing, go there! We are so blessed to have them both in our area, and I know I am extremely grateful for them! I have had non stop health issues lately with my Maremma/Golden cross. He also is lucky enough to seem to get every bad reaction to medication. Dr. Mark Bergen not only cures him of his ailments, as he is so knowledgeable, but calls to check up on him! Recently we have had to put down our 16 yr old cat, and they could not have been more compassionate, throughout the process. I highly recommend this vet clinic!

My two new cats were accommodated within a few short days after asking if there were any cancellations available rather than booking a month ahead... very clean vet hospital, the efficiency looked great and the price was reasonable considering their first visit to get neutered, get their first sets of shots and blood tests came back with good results when I picked them up a few hours later. The cats were quiet for a couple of hours but after following their sheet of follow up directions, the two cats are eating well and then slept off the day's adventure. I will sleep well knowing they were well taken care of and knowing from the results they're healthy and will hopefully stop waking me up at 4 in the morning with their yowling and prowling :) great team there. Friendly and professional staff. Reasonably priced as well, I'm always pleasantly surprised how inexpensive all our visits have been.

I was in a bad MVA just south of Chetwynd (rolled my truck three times with my 1 yr old pup Rufus inside) and Dr. Bergen took amazing care of my dog who had a dislocated hip from the accident. He called me with updates while I myself was in the hospital and took excellent care of my best friend. The whole vet staff are amazing and treat the animals who come there like family. Highly recommended!

I had some serious issues with my dog, He made room for me to bring him in on very short notice. The staff was very friendly and so was he. Very knowledgable and caring, actually took the time to explain everything to me I must’ve been in the examining room with my dog for about 1 hour. He even took some samples to look underneath the microscope while I was there. Thanks Dr. Bergen. Wish all Veterinarian Doctors were like this.

This is the most affordable and honest vet I have ever been to over a lifetime of owning farm animals and pets. I just moved recently and I’m grateful to have found not only a competent and affordable vet service here, but the staff all genuinely seemed to like their patients and treated them gently.

Dr's. Dana and Mark Bergen are gifts to this world. They're highly apt in their science yet willing to apply holistic alternatives to veterinarian medicine. They're respectful, kind, understanding people whose love for all animals shines through to their practice. They've gone beyond the call of duty for us, more than once, and provided us gifts of compassion that we have never forgotten or will likely, find again.

Their staff exemplifies the same professionalism and willingness to serve as modeled by Dr's. Dana and Mark Bergen. The clinic is clean, well managed, and provides numerous "value added" products /services for the community. We cannot recommend this clinic enough and will miss them when we move.
