Surfside Grill

Had a delicious meal at Surfside grill! It was exactly what I was craving for after a long surf day.

We went at happy hour and got the smash burger and fish tacos (each $15). Very good price for value.

Outside seating - picnic tables and chairs by fireplaces. Very peaceful and beautiful.

Lots of options on the menu. Service was great.

Great location super close to the beach right in the middle of the resort. Parking right by for non residents. Had a great selection of food, would definitely recommend the chicken burger. Nice fire pits for when it gets chilly.

Just have to have this during your visit!! Simply the best!!
We ordered Oysters, Cod, and Salmon. So so great. Walk up off the beach as well. Order and then in 10mins the call your name! Also don’t forget the seafood chowder!! Thanks

The food is delicious, best fries and burgers of my life. The staff were kind and quick. The happy hour is a great deal. The location is beautiful, situated right on Cox bay beach. We spent 35$ for two adults.

Amazing food, then burgers are huge and meaty, the fries hot and crispy, the oysters in the poster burger is plump, crispy and juicy, and propane fire lit tables to sit and eat with Adirondack chairs perfect to sort and eat - with a beautiful beach view to boot.

Went for happy hour and ordered 3 fish tacos plus smash burger. It was busy but the kitchen pumped out the orders efficiently! Everything was delicious!

Beautiful little raised shed laid into the hotel grounds, a heartbeat away from the beach and gorgeous sunsets. Wonderful spots to chill. Family friendly, lots of space to chow down. Nice staff but the usual "food truck" experience in terms of expectations.

Food is exceptionally nice. Breading is not your typical beer batter, so be ready for a VERY crunchy sort of batter. My only critique is the breading was very bland. Unbelievably delicious tartar made up for it.

Great food, big portions. Pricey like anywhere else, but worth it. Super convenient when you’re down at Cox Bay

Amazing little place :) we loved that there is shelter and a fire with chairs around it, so you can be outside but not in the rain.
They offered our doggo crispy salmon skins too!!! How awesome.

So good . One of the best salmon burgers we have ever had . Very tasty sea food chowder too . We loved the atmosphere the sitting the pit . ... it was like caraïbes in Canada. Highly recommend

The prawn tacos were the best I have ever had! They were so fresh (literally right out of the ocean that day) and sauce on top was to die for.. highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a quick and delicious bite to eat. My boyfriend got the fish & chips with Halibut and that was also amazing!

Absolutely delicious food, hands down highly recommend. The cod tacos were absolutely amazing!!! Will be eating there again!! The staff are so kind, upbeat and helpful, amazing service!! Must check it out!!!

Eat here! They had a couple halibut specials today, and we each ordered 1. If you want healthy portions of excellent fresh halibut cooked perfectly, look no further. Bonus - the chips and tartar sauce are also excellent, and the service is fast and friendly.

Excellent surf and surf shack that is part of the Pacific Sands Resort. Anything from fish tacos, to burgers, fish and chips, salads and soups and even breakfast. When you don't want to leave the beautiful beaches of Cox Bay, this is a great spot to keep you fed between surfing or sunning.

I recently visited this hidden gem during lunchtime in Tofino. While the hotel parking was available, the place itself might require a bit of searching, but the moment you arrive, you'll realize it's absolutely worth it. Situated near the beach, the location offers a fantastic atmosphere. Our orders of chicken wings and burgers were truly awesome, leaving us satisfied with our choices. With reasonable prices, this place is definitely worth a visit. If you're willing to venture a bit to discover great food, it's a must-try.

Surfside grill is great! The food is tasty and cooked to order and their portion sizes are quite generous. The atmosphere is so relaxed and staff are so friendly. Really liked the chowder and fish and chips! Looking forward to coming back.

I had a veggie burger with poutine, my boyfriend had the Salmon Fish and Chips with fries and we also shared a Caesar salad we were both very excited about the food! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit we were more than happy.

Surfside never disappoints and is a staple of any visit to Tofino.

My wife loves their salmon and chips, while the rest of the family goes with regular fish and chips and usually there’s a half bowl of seafood chowder which is huge by the way!

We ended up with a piece left over after last nights feast so kept it chilled and ate it for breakfast. Sooo sooo delicious!!!

Go there… go there now :)
