This is no doubt a landmark of this beautiful town. I love the coziness and gravity of the gallery. Vickers Gallery definitely elevated our experience.

Earliest works is from the 90s and the latest is from Aug 2023. It’s nice to read the narrative with the picture to know what kind of wonderful live Vickers is living, and see how he developed his style. Also it opened daily, which is great for travellers.

They also provide some tourism booklets that I found is pretty helpful.

I visit this gallery every time I come to Tofino. The building itself is interesting and welcoming. Vickers' art is stunning, poetic, graphic, colourful and full of live. New frames are added from time to time so you might discover a new piece even if you visited during previous vacations. A must see!

Beautiful spot to stop by. Smell the cedar as you walk in, and enjoy the quiet as you look at the artists distinctive style. We liked it so much we bought a reproduction for our home. I recommend you check it out.

We own so much of Roy Henry Vickers art. Each time we visit Tofino, we buy more. I wish we lived closer.

We stayed last month for four days at this Jensen Bay home we found again using tofinovr.com . Tofino was extremely busy but tofinovr was very helpful providing us again with all we needed to enjoy the perfect week of weather..The Kennedy Hill traffic moves much more quickly now , not nearly as bad as past trips.
Our friends took Pacific Coastal airlines that operate daily now YVR-YAZ with bigger aircraft.

The outside is unassuming. However, open the doors and you escape into a gallery of exquisite pieces that captivate your intellect. Stories accompany each artwork and speak of the land, the spirits, our guardian and the first peoples.

Beautiful art which really captures the spirit of the first nations peoples and the stunning beauty of the area. Set in a befitting building right in the heart of Tofino. An absolute must see even if you just wander around for 5 minutes. The artist himself has led an interesting life and it's fascinating to read of his exploits as you walk slowly around this gallery

Beautiful building filled with beautiful art and all the stories around it.
Also there's a little shop where you can buy pictures, books etc. - some very cool souvenirs. I took some of the beautifully designed children's books for all the kids in my family. They all love em very much!

We have a few smaller framed prints from this gallery and are quite happy with them. The artwork here is very beautiful - would love to have a larger piece, but they are mostly out of our price range. Tend to stop for a look around when in town.

A must visit. This long house has been transformed into an art gallery featuring a local Aboriginal artist. This is a great place to lose yourself in for an afternoon. Make sure to visit the gift shop and pick up a few prints!
