Dunvegan Inn & Suites

Thank you very much for helping out my parents in short notice for a ground floor room for pets and transport truck parking. More than 5 star rating!

Due to our work, we stay in high end hotels around the world. Never have we experienced such cleanliness in a room, along with great service as we did on this trip. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was 2 levels. Living room, bathroom and full kitchen downstairs. Bathroom, bed room (with big screen TV) and jacuzzi upstairs. Every room was spacious and so clean. Price was less than a basic room in major hotel chains. Betty at front desk was the nicest lady and runs this hotel to perfection. Highly recommend Dunvegan Inn for both the rooms and restaurants. Very impressed

This is a family buisness that has supported the community for decades. Expect clean modern rooms, good food and great local entertainment just minures from main street. I recommend the Dunvegen to all my friends and family when they travel to our area to visit. You won't be dissapointed.

BUFFET - We did not stay in the hotel but met family for their buffet dinner. The dining room is pretty basic (the table and chairs) however they have a lot of neat things to see such as a keyboard shelf and old piano book case.

There was a large selection of food - both cold and hot - including pork chops, beef, fish, yams, rice, salads, vegetables and lot of desert selection.

It is a bit expensive however it is well priced as everything else is expensive these days.

The staff are super friendly and helpful and the area is clean with hygiene protocols including using a serving glove when at the buffet. (Although they do need to monitor it a bit more if this is what they offer as not everyone was using the disposable gloves).

Simple and a bit dated, but very clean and well maintained.

We came up to Fairview for a few days in the early part of July 2022 from Airdrie Ab. We stayed at the Dunvegan Inn for two days and nights. The room was good and spacious and the breakfast was most excellent.The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were wonderful with friendly smiles as well as the staff cleaning the room.We will do it again. Really nice place to stay. Rizza worked at the front desk when I checked in. She was personanable, friendly and very helpful solved my room issues right away .

The housekeeping team was very nice too. They came in tidy up everyday. It is great during this covid time. Some hotels do not provide daily service now.

Also their room is very clean and practical . You get a table to eat, a desk to work ...and of course the fridge and microwave oven, tv ..etc

Great prices and staff very good and friendly rooms are spotless, and restaurant and sports lounge are attached one stop and you don’t have to drive after a long day of driving or work.

It's nice to be able to sit and eat at a restaurant again (although with a patio setup) during this pandemic. The server lady Faye(or whatever her name is as I can't remember at times) was awesome as always as well. 🙂

Best place to stay in Fairview. I feel sorry for the people leaving reviews based on other irrelevant factors other than the actual hotel and their stay. Because the hotel was awesome and the customer service was excellent.

Nice place and pretty clean

It's an older building, but well kept. Rooms were clean, wifi was fast, restaurant was good. My wife says this is probably the nicest place in town.

The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and cozy, and the cafe downstairs has good food with reasonable prices. I enjoyed my stay here.

The owner, Betty, is a very kind spirit. The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and inviting. Will make this my hotel of choice when in Fairview.

I loved the staff member that helped me! She had to leave partway through my meal and even waved at me as she left the parking lot through the window! So friendly!

Amazing food, 1st sunday of every month is Seafood smorg. Absolutely amazing! !! Rooms are clean, hotel prices reasonablely priced. staff friendly and knowledgeable.

I love this place because there honest dropped 20 bucks and the waitress come running out to give it to me so I had already tipped her 7bucks but when she came to give me my 20 I have her an extra 10 :) plus the y have good food :)
