I recently had the occasion to bring my BMW to Austin at the Body Shop at Montgomery Ford following an unfortunate encounter with a deer. I recently brought my 2020 Mustang GT to Austin at the bodyshop to replace/repaint my front bumper after it got hit in a parking lot. He did a phenomenal job colour matching the new front bumper and installing it. His communication was top notch. He called me to explain that he had found a few broken plastic pieces that weren't replaced from a previous accident. He was able to order in parts overnight and have it completing the following day. This guy takes so much pride in his work and it shows! Thanks again Austin!

Was going to the Ford dealership in Kincardine since 2010. Recently moved, so the Lucknow location is more convenient. The experience at the Lucknow Ford dealership was as good as it is in Kincardine. Always excellent service and personable staff.

This is one dealership where they always make you feel welcome, let you know they're aware you're there and will be right with you.
I've stopped in on the worst blustery winter day with a broken wiper, and not only have they fixed it right away, but with pleasant conversation and a smile.

No charge to hold seasonal tires, follow up calls to ensure good service, never long to book for a service call.

All the Staff at Montgomery Ford in Lucknow are to be complimented on the super job they did to get me back on the road after an attempted theft of my truck. From Lisa the Service Manager who coordinated the ordering of the parts and arranged the servicing and kept me informed throughout the process, to the Techs in the shop who performed the repairs, and even corrected a couple of other small items, to "Al" somewhere in the back, who dealt with the Insurance people and answered all my questions, they all did a great job in getting the repairs completed in very short order and to my complete satisfaction. Hats off to a great team and thanks for everything. Highly recommended!
