Always great people working there so kind and wholesome never had any problems. But after the first crew left they're not working there anymore... The newer staff that are there don't have the heart into it that they used to. Missing the original team.

Excellent! Perhaps I ordered incorrectly or they filled it wrong and I was short one of the kids doughnuts. Can't have that. Went inside and the manager gave me the missing pastry, regardless of whose error it was. Simple.

We always get customized sandwiches and normally expect at least one thing to be wrong; these guys always get it right! Better than the fast food spots in kincardine for order accuracy. The bagels are always toasted perfectly too. Just wish they had jalapeño bagels lol

Coffee/food is up to a normal Tim Hortons standard. Quick and friendly staff.

They have air conditioning... friendly staff and they gave me extra whip cream on my ice cappuccino which makes me happy.
