Great shopping and friendly staff. I'd phoned to see if they had an item I'd been on the hunt for. Cindy went looking and found it! She put it aside for me. We had a great chat, she gave us directions, for a short cut back to the highway. All in all a wonderful experience.

So far my experiences with Rick and the staff have been very good. They delivered some materials up to my lake property and I found the quality to overall be good. Rick was very helpful in our conversations to help me pick materials and give options and alternatives.

Rick and the staff at Lookout Home building centre are great people. They go above and beyond their needs for the community. Just being a cottager in the area I know I can count on them for any construction needs. The lumber is always great and it's nice to know you are getting quality. They have a large stock of items for their size of area and if they don't have it they help find it. They have sourced water hoses from the fire department for me to borrow to fill my water tanks and that really got me out of a bind. I just can't say enough about these guys. I highly recommend this place for any need a you have.

It's really the staff that makes this store what it is. Knowledgable, unfailingly helpful, and friendly. From Iola in Paints, to Rick, Audrey, and the semi-retired Bill in Hardware, to Brandy and Juliette at the cash desks, and Paul and the new guys out in the yard; all help the store to function efficiently. And I don't want to forget Colleen.

we were looking for good quality of patio doors for our cottage, but were unable to view many in stores in Ottawa. I told Jason Lessard at HH in Plevna our concerns, he advised us which doors to purchase with all the options we wanted and then delivered them to our cottage. Excellent, personable service

Excellent service - very friendly and hard working staff. If they don't have it, they can order. Glad to hear they could order parts for our windows installed years ago.

You'd think being in a tiny town like Plevna their hardware store would also be tiny and under stocked. Totally the opposite. They have everything and very friendly and helpful staff to top off a satisfying visit.
