Can't say enough great things about this group of vets. They were all invested, supportive and gave me clear information and options when our young dog had an issue and eventually had to be put down. It's hard enough when you lose a dog friend but it makes it a little easier when you know he or she is in good hands.

I have a wonderful rescued Rotti Lab boy. The vet I went to for 20+ years spent two minutes examining him. My dog was still recovering from a cruciate ligament tear and it hurt when examined. This vet said he was dangerous. That nomenclature followed him to the second vet. They couldn’t even get a shot into him. Not because of him but because I believe the info travelled with his file and they were afraid of him. Now five years later, He is in need of pain meds and surgery and I was at a loss but Dr Ricka and staff had just helped me through the devastating loss of my senior schnauzer so my fingers were crossed. Simply no words to describe the relief and joy that I felt after Dr. Ricka Got down on the floor with this 91 pound baby and rough housed with him, checked his teeth, hid heart, his belly, and his old surgery site while willingly accepting slobbery kisses. The vet tech that came in, had a shot into my boy before he even knew what happened. I am so delighted to have found this clinic and the staff and highly recommend them to anybody.

Showed up unannounced with my cat who had a urinary emergency, and he was seen to immediately. Worst case scenario was averted, and the Doctor was able to treat him without too much difficulty.

I am beyond impressed and grateful for the care he was given, and shocked at how little it cost me.

Super friendly staff, reasonable prices and vet's that don't push you to have your 33-year-old goldfish's pacemaker upgraded to the new fifty thousand dollar version because it comes with a night light. What is not to love? Only one visit so far, but we'll be back (hopefully just for a mani-pedi and not chemotherapy for our parakeet)!

I've been so pleased with the care our dogs have received at Kent. The staff is friendly and helpful, the Doctor has been kind and shows great care for my pups, and last but certainly not least, they don't try to talk you into things you don't need, or gouge you. They are all about the pet's health and wellbeing at Kent!

So impressed with the wonderful care the team including Dr. Laura, Grace and Kaitlin at Kent Vet provides to us and our dog. The service is exceptional. I can't imagine a better vet clinic.

We love Kent Veterinary, but most importantly, our puppy Skye had such a positive experience. She was not the least bit anxious. She gobbled up the treats Dr. Carli Ricka offered her. Skye didn't even flinch when her vaccine was administered. Dr. Ricka is so down to earth. She's very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed. Dr. Ricka was on-time for our appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic. We live in Chilliwack, and the drive to Agassiz was well worth it!

Had my sweet boy Milo put to rest this morning. Dr white... forgot her name. She not only looked like an angel, she was amazing! Thank you. Rest easy my sweet boy

Absolutely fantastic staff. Our dog had a freak accident and they were able to help us with no notice. They got her bandaged up beautifully, and didn't overcharge us either. She bled through the first bandage, and they were even able to take us AGAIN a couple hours later to re-do the bandages for us. They were kind and informative, such a great staff.

Even though we are travelling and just passing through Harrison, they did not overcharge. My wife and I joked that we should should ditch our regular vet in favour of Kent and just drive from Vancouver every time Phoebe needs to go to the vet. haha
