The staff are helpful and this store stocks high quality products. The grooming shop is great with my nervous dog. I don’t go anywhere else for my precious fur babies. I even use their dog walking service once per week. We love this place!

Been shopping here for years and they consistently carry top of the line dog food, available in a variety of flavours and brands, which is helpful for our fussy older dog. The staff is always helpful when we’ve needed to switch foods or were looking for specialty treats. I rest assured knowing that no matter what I pull from the shelf it is the best available!

Very friendly and efficient. Staff were great, and did a great job at dealing with our large year old lab X great Dane rescue that had never been to a grooming place or around that much other dogs before. We will definitely be back.

I love this store. The store staff are always very friendly, and you can get a lot of different healthy treats for the dog. I use the grooming service to have my dog's nails trimmed. The girls are great and always fit me in.

Took my 10 month old puppy here for his first time ever getting groomed for a bath and nail trim. They did a great job and he looked like he actually had a good time while he was there. Will definitely be bringing him back again

Honestly the best pet store in greater Victoria. They may not be massive in footprint but they have everything you need and a ton of unique items. You can get grooming at the same location and all the staff are just lovely. They know my pup Piper by name and welcome her in everytime as if it were her own home which is amazing. Great service, great prices, great atmosphere, and your supporting local everytime. Don't even consider going anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Above and beyond service here! This place rocked it! Grandma's dog needed some attention, as he had some issues with 'stuff' stuck to a clump of hair. Grandma called at 930 A.M. and was told to come in around 11 on the same day. Within 15 minutes of arriving, the 'clump' was dealt with and fido's nails trimmed. Great service and great pricing. Thanks for going above and beyond! Grandma's dog will now be coming here for all grooming and supplies needs. Thanks to the gal from Shawnigan Lake that looked after this....Support local, people!

I've always had an amazing experience in this store. They have the best products, are very knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. Not to mention super welcoming as well! They are rarely out of stock of what I need, but when they were once they made sure I was taken care of. Thanks guys :)

In Langford this local business has my cats preferred food though only 2 they will eat of the 4 they have.
Not their fault my cat was a allergic to the Salmon and herring blend of food opps.
They were kind enough to exchange the can the cat didn't eat after we figured out the cars problem.
So kind

This is a great crew. They managed our two Scotties really well with great Scottie clips. Very happy we found these folks after bad experiences elsewhere (fleas, bad clips, etc.) We'll be back for sure!

There's a blonde haired woman with glasses who works here (not the owner) that is incredibly wonderful. She had the patience to help me fit my incredibly bouncy staffy for a rain jacket. I like Island Pet Source for her alone! They also have decent selection for the size of the store and are in a convenient location (within walking distance of my house)!

Grooming team is first class. My dog's nail trim was managed very effectively by the trimmer and she obviously cares for the dogs. Store has varied selections including wonderful bakery style dog treats, biodegradable bags and food.
