Stephanie was very professional, happy and willing to ask all our questions we had.
She explained absolutely everything to insurance,times of in and out,the buttons about the closing doors,how our month to month ran.
She was a excellent employee for sure,even we were impressed with the service.

We went to public storage as we were looking to store our extra stuff. Aries was very accommodating and friendly He toured us around and explained how it is. The ambiance is cool and secure. Nothing to worry about as you're extra stuff is safe and secure. I will highly recommend public storage.

Highly recommend this location. I delt with Aries at this location and he was great. He was very helpful from the moment i called and had to change the date a few time's of when i needed the storage unit. He also helped me get in the same day I called and needed our unit that day lastmin due to work changes without hesitation. He greeted us with a big smile and was super friendly and very helpful. What a lovely place! Brittany was very helpful and everyone I have spoke to on the phone were so friendly. I am renting a large unit in between a move and have a small storage unit at another business in town. I will definitely be moving that unit over after my move. Excellent!

From start to finish Stephanie was a ray of sunshine and professionalism. She showed us several locations with helpful suggestions on each one allowing us to make an appropriate choice. The paperwork part of our rental transaction was quick, easy and very well articulated. For the record the building and each of the storage units we looked at were clean and well maintained. Brittany at Airdrie Public Storage is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I met with her at the facility and she was so pleasant and helpful that I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a well-priced storage rental.

I used Public Storage Airdrie for about three months. I rented the inside temperature controlled unit and my belongings were kept safe there. On occassions, I met with three great workers Stephanie, Aries and Brittany. They made my rental exoerience smooth as breeze. All three of them are very courteous and professional. They definitely deserve appreciation and perhaps some bonus from their management.

Excellent, friendly, accommodating service. Melissa was great. She rewrote our paperwork when we noticed a smaller storage unit being vacated and we inquired about its availability. She was very flexible and was able give us the smaller storage unit which was perfect for our needs! Very clean, safe and secure facility. They were also very accommodating as this was a same day request.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are well informed. The facility is immaculate. The instructions are well degined Brittany is super efficient and lively to deal with.

Everyone I interacted with at Public Storage was A-1. I highly recommend the company to anyone in need of storage space. The space was clean, the price fair considering it is conditioned space, and staff are great. A year ago I spoke with Brittany at the Airdrie site on the phone from the other side of the country to secure a spot, and she was the last one I dealt with on move-out day this past weekend too. What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with a company, and staff, like this!

Public Storage Airdrie is great value at a great price! They are very clean and organized, with dollies and elevators you can use, as well as 3 loading bays you can park in to unload your things.

Each stall is individually alarmed, which gives me peace of mind that my belongings are protected. I had never rented a storage unit before and Brittney was very thorough at explaining everything to me and answered all my questions with a smile and bright attitude. I was in and out in 30 min with everything I needed, making my whole experience a great one! Highly recommend!
