Fraserway RV Airdrie

We hired a van conversion from four seasons/ Fraserway for our ten day Rockies trip. The collection/ drop off process was so quick, organised and easy. The staff at Fraserway were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and made the booking/check in enjoyable.
I would not hesitate to hire from them again. We had no problems with the van at all, clean, modern with everything you need. We paid for the convenience kits which were excellent value for money and provides you with everything you need for your trip.

Amazing service from start to finish!
My husband and I have been looking to buy a truck camper for awhile now. He was adamite that he wanted a camper he wouldn’t have to work on for a long time (bad experience buying used units). We shopped around and finally figured out the layout we wanted. Still were not sure on the brand. We stopped at Fraserway RV in Airdrie and met Collin. He was able to take us around and show us some units. He stared off showing us some nice units that would fit our truck and saved the best units for last. I appreciate how you didn’t show us the best of the best first like many salesmen do so then nothing else will compare. We took a little bit to decide on the brand and if we wanted to make a huge financial purchase. We never felt pressured to hurry up and decide. When we finally made our decision to purchase the 2024 Northern Lite truck camper, everyone made the process so smooth and stress free. I owe many a big thanks.

Collin the sales consultant. Collin, you made this huge financial decision way less stressful than it would have been. Your open communication was priceless, you answered my million questions via text which made it so much easier, even answering us when you were not working. You also helped make the process fun which we appreciated. Thank you, you’re a great salesman (is that an oxymoron?) I do recommend anyone looking for a stress-free shopping experience to go see Collin (not to bash any of the other sales team, I’m sure you’re all great). He also got me the lowest price in Alberta, cant beat that. (After my research this location was already the lowest price in Alberta, other places were asking 10k more for the same unit)
Finally, thanks to everyone who was not mentioned who works behind the scenes such as the detailers, etc. The camper looks amazing! Also for everyone who sang happy birthday to my husband Chris to help me embarrass him. I really appreciated that. (Yes I’m a horrible wife 😉 )

We hired a smaller C-Small for 2 weeks, for 2 Adults. Everything - from emails to the shuttle collection from our hotel was exceptional. The RV was immaculate when we picked it up. The demonstration of how everything worked on the vehicle was very thorough. Johanna was brilliant!
These guys really do go the extra mile to make sure that you get the best out of the RV you hire. They even have a storage facility for you tonleave your cases at - and let you unpack your luggage into the cupboards before leaving.

Even the little touches of toilet roll and rubber gloves were really appreciated.

As for the vehicle - it was fabulous. I was hesitant about driving on the Canadian roads. However, the size of the vehicle made it all very easy (ours has a rear view camera) and was very manoeuvrable. Driving it around and parking up was a breeze.
On the day of drop off - even though there were already a few people there before us, it didn't take long to go through the checking process.

We would definitely recommend using Fraserway to anyone wanting to hire an RV for their holiday in Canada, as they made it all so easy to deal with.

Our experience with Fraserway has been exceptional from beginning to end. Complimentary shuttle on the morning of collection, the check-in process and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Our RV (small class C) was well equipped with everything we needed, including an axe for chopping campfire wood at our campsites.
We have had an incredible holiday and when we had to return our RV this morning that too was an easy straightforward process. This is our second time hiring an RV in North America (previously with another company) and we would not hesitate to recommend Fraserway RV in Canada.

This company reminds me of the Sinéad O'Connor song "Nothing Compares 2 U". Excellent service, friendly staff, top-notch RVs. We picked up in Vancouver and dropped off in Calgary, and we were incredibly impressed by the staff at both locations.

We spent 3 weeks with a winterized C-Medium RV and made a nice Ski Safari to Banff, Panorama and Revelstoke. It was our first trip to Canada and we had many concerns regarding the RV but Lena answered all our queries. She organized the handover very professional so we felt soon very familiar with this RV. We had no problems with the Adventurer RV at all even the weather conditions were sometimes challenging. Also the return of the RV was very smooth and the Fraserway team even sent me some items to the airport which we forgot in the RV. Thanks again for that.

Great service from the moment we stepped into the Fraserway RV building in Airdrie.

As soon as we opened the doors, Sukh at the front desk treated us with a fantastic smile. And that never changed all the times that we have gone there. Plus, she remembered our names everytime! That shows you that she was listening and paying attention to her customers. As first contact, she set the atmosphere and tone. First impressions are so important and she excelled.

Next up was our wonderful Sales Consultant, Trevor. Super friendly, very professional. A combo that is hard to pull off, but he did. He never tried to show us something that we weren't interested in and respected our budget. Trevor worked with the service department to address some minor issues that came up in the pre-delivery inspection. The service technicians did a great job with all the fixes.

Dallas, the Financial Services Manager was very helpful and the transaction went off without a hitch. No pun intended! He thoroughly explained the products and services that were available, if we wanted, with no pressure.

Heather, the Parts Advisor was super friendly and knows her stuff. All the questions we had for her, she had the answer or knew exactly where to look for it.

All in all, a great experience.

Great experience from start to pick up. Eric was great. We stopped in at the RV wars just to look around and ended up purchasing a great 2022 travel trailer. Eric was really helpful in showing us all the options available within the specs we were looking for. Didn't push us to hard, gave us the opportunity to decide without pressure. Dallas was great with helping us with the financing and Dallas in the service depart was great with the walk thru and on pick up day. can't say enough about how great everything was and would highly recommend you go visit Fraserway RV if you are in the market for an RV.

We purchased a motorhome in early July and then traded in for a fifth wheel in August. Both of our experiences were great! Our sales guy, Chad, was knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and followed up quickly. Being new to the RV world, we were really impressed with the orientation process and helpfulness of all the staff. Both of our units were clean and ready for pick up, along with a last minute check in to make sure we were feeling confidant to go it alone. Thanks to everyone at Fraserway Airdrie!

I have never been treated better by any place in my life. They make you feel like royalty. Kind, patient, diligent, upbeat, fun and so very helpful. Not only the best rental experience I have had but one of the best experiences with any business, anywhere. Melany, Russel and each staff member (I wish I knew all their names) went above and beyond. I was very impressed and so very grateful for the experience. Whoever owns this place should be very proud of their employees. They have the best.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my new trailer. Everything was explained to me in a way I could easily understand and all my questions that I had were answered easily. We love dealing with the whole team at Fraserway in airdrie, from the front staff to sales, parts, and especially service I have no issues giving friends family and strangers advice to go and experience the fun and friendly team in airdrie. We just actually had an amazing experience with service as our trailer required warranty service, that entire team did everything in their power to get the right parts and install them as fast as humanly possible. I had a blast dealing with Michelle in service and that sais a lot considering I’m a mechanic that has a hard time allowing anyone to work on his vehicles…. Recently purchased a pre-owned trailer from Fraserway RV Airdrie and could not be happier with the service we received. They went over and above cleaning, detailing and ensured everything was good. Great customer service, honest and fair prices.

Just wanted to say how amazing Fraserway Airdrie was. From communication via email, to check in, the staff, the service, the cleanliness of the RV, the contents (kitchen, bedding, cleaning etc) to check out and shuttle service. Everything was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our vacation to Banff and Jasper.

Our experience purchasing our RV was a very pleasant one. Our salesman Eric listened to what we wanted and offered helpful suggestions. He answered all our questions or did the research to find answers. There was no pressure from him at all and he gave us the time we needed to decide.

We did a trip from Calgary to Vancouver over 10 days in our Class-C Large RV and absolutely loved it!

The shuttle from the hotel was fantastic and the pickup process was really easy, we had someone really helpful show us around the vehicle before we set off which was nice. As someone from the UK, where you need a special licence for a small trailer, it was kinda amazing to just be given the keys to such a large vehicle and let loose! We did have to buy a deposit protection thing which we weren't expecting. That cost couple of hundred dollars and it seemed like the person "selling" it to us didn't really understand what it was which was annoying. It is optional and if you have a credit card that will take a 7500 CAD pending charge without silly forex fees you'd be able to avoid it.

We did have a few small issues along the way but the on-road support service was easy enough to contact and we got everything sorted without too much disruption to our plans - I personally loved how they were happy to offer advice on how we could get going ourselves rather than just telling us not to touch it and arranging a tow truck, although I know that wouldn't be for everyone and they did offer it as an option.

The office in Vancouver were kind enough to let us return our RV at 1PM instead of the normal 11AM and the return process was really easy. The inspection of the vehicle was very fair, i.e. they weren't looking for tiny scratches and excuses to deduct money from the deposit at all - again not really something we're used to in the UK.

Overall, I'd absolutely rent another RV from Fraserway and would recommend them to anyone who was interested in one. We named ours HaRV and still sort of miss him a few weeks later :P

Salesman, Eric was very helpful. Answered all our questions. Definitely knows how to make you feel at home and comfortable.

We had an amazing experience using Fraserway RV! Booked a C class medium for 5 days from Vancouver to Calgary, it was super easy to drive and had everything we needed inside. The staff was super helpful at pick up and drop off, 100% recommended!!

We found an RV in July that we absolutely loved but timing was not great at that time. We returned to your dealership a few weeks ago to browse your inventory again to see if anything suited us and WOW the Connect was still there! Dallas held it for us knowing that we loved the RV which we were not aware of. So thank you Dallas Hope for your commitment and loyalty to your customers.

Justin Phillips was instrumental with our financing and stated late to accommodate our schedule on a Friday evening. He made sure that the PDI completed by the following Wednesday for us to pick up our RV in time for our first Camping weekend.

Dallas whom assisted us with our inspection of the RV and they day we picked up was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge and assistance was over the top! Steve and Myself thank everyone at Fraserway RV Airdrie for your exceptional customer service from start to finish. We will highly recommend your dealership to our friends and family!!!

A side note, Dallas Hope was on vacation the day we picked up the RV and called us the day he returned to the office to check on us with the RV! Now that is amazing !
