Worth the visit and extremely relaxing. I've visited all the Nordic spas in the province and this one is the BEST! Great service, clean and peaceful with free parking. Compared to Strome...this spa is superior. The cafe has gluten free options and the staff are well versed with the ingredients. Many hot pools, saunas and relaxing spots to rest. You don't have to worry about security guards policing your whispering here. There are silence zones and people just respect them. Great spa and great price!

We were nervous about it being crowded or full but when we arrived shortly after opening on a Monday in April there were only 3 other guests there already. The facility is well laid out, it’s big but the hot tubs, seating areas, etc. are all a little separate from each other and feel cozy and private. Everything was clean. Guests were respectful of the “silent areas.” We stayed for several hours and it got busier but there was always space in whatever area we wanted to go to. The relaxation rooms were wonderful! My only wish is that they had reading materials in the relaxation rooms about relaxation, mindfulness, or gratefulness, I think there were just a few home decor magazines. Overall, if we lived closer we would go all of the time!

Best treat for thanksgiving!
Staffs were very helpful and friendly. With the autumn colour, the entire property was like a fairyland.

I’ve been to 4 Nordic space in Canada and this one is the best.

Location: away from the city - riverside - quite

Steam room: heavy steam with a large window for viewing out and ice buckets that enhance the experience

Saunas : have windows and enjoyed the darkness of them. Temperature perfect and they smelled wonderful.

Cold plunge: plenty available , marked easily

Relaxation rooms: variety and super comfortable. The yurt is amazing.

Only down side is it’s too far from NY to visit more often.

This is a great place to disconnect from reality and take a moment to enjoy being calm. The great variety of warm and cold baths, as well as saunas, steam rooms and dry rooms are incredibly relaxing. I suggest taking the time to visit the cafe and getting a massage. The only complaint that I would have is the price and how you can’t reserve your spot or a time frame for the baths. Other than that, the staff was great.

This place was heaven on earth. I read the reviews before coming and thought oh this will be nice. But just wow- it was absolutely serene. If you like nature or relaxation or in general care about your well being, I would recommend. Even if you don't, go anyways! Truly already trying to plan a trip to visit Quebec City again so I can enjoy this experience once more.

This was our second time at the spa, and it was absolutely fantastic. There are multiple hot tubs, cold pools, and saunas at varying temperatures to choose from, cozy yurts to relax in, and ample clean, dry towels to swap out during your stay. The only downside is that some days allow children for a couple of hours in the morning. We were advised of this in advance, but as we only had one day to visit, we decided to cope with it. I had hoped that the staff would be a little more assertive about maintaining a quieter environment, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. If you don’t want any disturbance during your stay, I recommend arriving around 11:30 or spending time in the cafe or the yurts with a good book. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Spent our last night in Quebec in this place and it was amazing! The staff was very caring and made sure we knew the details since it was our first visit. And the view was very good.

I have all great things to say about this place. Cost wise, I'd say it's cheap for what you get especially with their premium services and the amenities. There's a lot to do so make sure you plan accordingly. With my experience, I only booked the 5-9PM + massage and definitely not enough to enjoy this place. It's quite serene and I'm glad that people that came here when I went understood what relaxation means, they are all quiet even when not on the quiet areas. Their mini hot pools are quite relaxing and where I spent most of my time. They also have hammocks where you can rest and a few sauna areas whichever would rock your boat. If it becomes too hot, you can go to the cold pool with falling water and it's quite refreshing. You are supposed to simultaneously go warm and cold and it's fantastic. The place is clean even if there are trees and the staff are quite attentive. I would definitely recommend you try this place out!

It was a spontaneous decision to come here, but I am glad I have made that choice! About 20 minutes drive north of Quebec city and conveniently situated off the highway. Siberia station spa is the ultimate relaxation spa that utilizes thermal water therapies. There are also silent zones, hammocks, and resting yurts for you to quietly read or relax. Love the Nordic design and also very clean!

We had a wonderful day in the spa, great amenities. Everything you could wish for: three types of saunas, access to the local stream, a lot of whirlpools with different temperatures and nice seating areas. Thank you very much to everyone for making it such a great experience.

Outdoors spa; going in and out of the warm water and walk around snow was a truly unique experience. They also have cold pools and saunas. We decided to come as we were spending some days in Quebec, very cool experience and would definitely recommend.

The cafe was also very nice and cozy.

However, we didn’t see in the website that flip flops and robes were mandatory, so bring your own flip flops and robe, if you don’t want to pay extra money.

It was so relaxing and lovely. So much space it never felt too crowded and wasn't noisy. The food and drinks in the Cafe were so good! We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. You can buy sandals and rent a bathrobe or you can bring your own. They provide towels. I will definitely return!

Best Nordic Spa experience ever. A blanket of tranquility covers this place . Super friendly people who also understand English and try to make you feel very welcome.

Can't believe you can have such an experience at $42 for the whole day.

This place is incredible. There's not another way to describe it. You're treated well and the staff is so helpful. We started with our massages which we're greeted by our massage therapists as we walk in. It was so relaxing it honestly felt longer than an hour. The entire place is beautiful with the thermal pools, ice pools with cascading waterfalls, outdoor chairs by the fires. All next to a beautiful river that winds through the forest. They have an area in the river you can dunk into, but it was closed when we were there. The staff regularly walks around, tends to the fires and they don't interrupt the experience at all. Our favourite places were the indoor lodge by the river and the Siberian yurt, which has a cute fireplace and hammocks. It was so peaceful in there with the fire and silence that not long after I started reading, I dozed off. They have family mornings which allow for a whisper, otherwise the place is kept in near silence. I will definitely make this a regular place on my trips to Quebec. 5 stars

We apparently visited during family day and the spa felt like a bit of a playground until the kiddies left (late morning). But afterwards, we found the spa very relaxing and well done. Felt secluded from the road and there are more than enough stations for the full day. Staff were kind.

O-M-G, what an amazing spa experience. My travel book recommended it and we almost didn't go, since it required a decently long taxi ride. Boy am I happy that we didn't let that stop us! Sebastien gave me one of the best massages I'd ever had, and the spa is so tranquil. I've truly never been to anything like it. Would go back to Quebec City just for this spa, quite honestly.

This place is the absolute bomb and so worth the price. Husband and I got a couples massage then got to enjoy the steam room, saunas, different temperature pools, and the many relaxing stations. Overall we spent four hours here and felt so relaxed after. Beautiful location, surrounded by nature and tastefully designed. Great service as well.
