Very impressed that they actually do care here. My Husband has a size 16 shoe which has previously been incredibly difficult to get hold of. He contacted this store and immediately every care was put into getting 2 pairs of shoes for him to try on. My husband was called immediately when they came in store and happy to say hes thrilled with his new pair of shoes. I was very impressed with the customer care and attention to detail. If you need help this is the place to go. Store inside and out is incredibly clean and has interesting displays, work wear and safety wear. Staff is on hand immediately and knew my husbands order right away. Thank you so much, it means alot!

I had an amazing shopping experience in this store. I never write reviews but the excellent customer service provided by the person helping me made me do it. She was very friendly and warm in her approach. I believe her name was Aisha. The girl with the short hair. It is incredibly hard for me to find my size because its always a different size depending on brand to brand but she offered to measure my feet and made sure I get the most comfy boots. What i was most amazed by is that she explained me briefly why it is necessary for me to get Shock resistant boots as usually when I buy something no one gets deep into the details. I am new to the country and this is my first job as an electrician so it was very helpful. The game changer was the insoles she recommended. My heel pain has reduced visibly which is why I am so satisfied with my purchase here. Mister safety shoes will always be my go to store now. I also noticed they have literally everything from hi-vis jacket to utility pants which is crazy.

Sude was very helpful in assisting me. I have a very wide toe, and most shoes in general don't fit me. She was able to help me find a pair that were very comfortable, while also informing me of their shoe stretching service. I will definetly be back to stretch my Blundstones out next week!

I bought the shoes in April 2022,
peeling bottom, I thought to return, there is a 6 month warranty.
the manager asked me if I wanted a different product or the desame one? and he also said that maybe was given a poor class safety shoes.
And i said i prefer the old one because it is light and comfortable on my foot.

The guy that helped me was super nice, friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. They have a lot more than just safety footwear. Seasonal clothing, hi-vis, vests, hardhat, etc. They didn't have any boots in my size, but not everyone is a 14. Offered to order them in for me if I wanted.

Staff are friendly. I bought a Reebook safety shoes using my company voucher and i am satisfied with the quality. Its soft and very light. The only thing i was wondering is they gave me a shoes for men cos it's written on the box (see pic). Not sure if this is unisex. But it fits me well and i love it!

Recently I bought safety shoes and my visit to this store was amazing. Thanks to these employers: Esha, Sofia, Sude and Sukritu. They all assisted me in a purchase. Esha from the custumer service was very nice and polite, they are very careful and noticees all details. Sofia and Sude, helped me with chosing the right size and were paitient. In the end when there was a manufacturing defect with safety shoes, Sukritu rechanged them, which was fast. Overall, these guys are amazing, they know their job and answer questions straight to the point.

They never have sells, but I keep buying there, because they know all about they product, and professionals advice you for your need.

This was my first time buying safety shoes, and man what an experience. Trisha was an excellent sales person, extremely knowledgeable and she identified which shoes would be the best for my needs. Highly reccomend and will be shopping here again!

We bought shoes for my husband and after 2 days we went to exchange it because my husband wanted to get one size bigger since the original one was slightly tighter. The exchange was really quick. The staff person genuinely helped us and made us feel comfortable. It was transparent. He gave us all the exchange receipts as well as new receipts without getting annoyed.
